We love our home in Inlet Shore! We have the Flagler model and the home is beautiful - great floor plan. Great location! Overall, we are very happy. The only negative is that our final finishing and closing were rushed and we are reaping the benefits of the hurriedness now - almost 2 months in and still many items not cared for. The local Lennar team on site is as helpful as they can be, however, somewhere at the top there must be a disconnect. Many of our neighbors are experiencing the same issues. Would still buy again here, but with caution and attention before closing.

Great community with awesome amenities. Things could have been better on some of the interior paint, doors etc., It is an awesome experience to buy from Lennar.

The investment in WSL is the best I have in FL. Reasonable price, best return. It will be a good retirement place to select!!

Worst experience ever buying a house. "Zero" communication!!!!! don't care about buyers, only care about selling the home in any condition

Our PM addressed all of our concerns before and after moving in. Our warranty contact Marco has been phenomenal in getting the right people to get the job done correctly in a timely manner!

WCI did a great job in building our new home. They were equally good in addressing issues post closing. Overall very happy with the work they've done so far.

This is our 2nd WCI home. The quality & workmanship are terrific. Our questions were responded to quickly & clearly. If something needed to be addressed, WCI responded immediately and followed up to ensure our satisfaction. A terrific experience again.

Since this was far from an entry level home we had much higher expectations for the finished product than the builder delivered. During the building process, numerous errors, deficiencies, and issues were identified by us and our independent home inspector. Almost all were ignored by the builder and sales person. All had to be corrected, after closing, by the warranty division. Words cannot describe how very disappointed we are with the finished product that was presented to us at closing. We had a significant punch list after closing, which is still being worked on, four months after closing. Driveway was too narrow, you could not park two cars in the driveway without having to step in the grass when exiting the car. There was no consultation regarding landscaping, what was installed was unacceptable, which required us to have most, if not all, of it removed. I personally had a terrible experience and feel that the construction is cheap and very low quality.

Chiding WCI Lennar was a hard decision but once made we were very excited. Unfortunately the craftsmanship was not what we expected at this price point. There should be better trades selected to build these homes or a Quality control process . Disappointed

On the day of closing the construction manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Decided to overlook this because I really wanted to move in into our new home. In less than one month the house had 2 major leaks that are still being repaired, the kitchen island is disassembled, and the master bathroom, living room and den walls are also being repaired. So in a nutshell.... Horrible buying experience and horrible construction. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is not an isolated issue as I have talked to all my neighbors at Monterrey Waterside and everyone has had similar issues. Overall product was great. Communication during build process was lacking and multiple project leads caused for confusion. Post build issues were handled quickly.

Thanks for a relatively problem free experience throughout the entire experience from beginning to now. We enjoy our new home very, very much!

I really love the home. But dealing with all of the after effects of a walk through etc.,..has been a challenge with this builder. I will continue to not give up. The fact that what they are responsible for they should take care of without delay or putting the blame on someone else.

Lack of responsiveness for issues and you need to wait for months and continue follow up to fix issues.

We love the peaceful lake view from our bedroom window.
