All warranty issue we had were addressed fast except cabinets ( kitchen and bathroom) . Is been taking forever! But the worst is, we are not requesting them to “fix” we are requesting to complete their job.

I am a previous WCI homeowner. It was a great experience and was provided with a quality built home. Lennar should stop branding themselves as WCI. It is an insult to the legacy of a great company. Lennar shortcuts at every corner and uses the lowest quality products available. Have had to hire my own contractor to make this home acceptable. Very disappointed. .

Read your contracts carefully.

I personally had a terrible experience and feel that the construction is cheap and very low quality.

Workers do not respect the homeowner or their other trades people. I had mirrors installed over exposed holes in the wall and a broken window from next door build.

Chiding WCI Lennar was a hard decision but once made we were very excited. Unfortunately the craftsmanship was not what we expected at this price point. There should be better trades selected to build these homes or a Quality control process . Disappointed

On the day of closing the construction manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Decided to overlook this because I really wanted to move in into our new home. In less than one month the house had 2 major leaks that are still being repaired, the kitchen island is disassembled, and the master bathroom, living room and den walls are also being repaired. So in a nutshell.... Horrible buying experience and horrible construction. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is not an isolated issue as I have talked to all my neighbors at Monterrey Waterside and everyone has had similar issues. Overall product was great. Communication during build process was lacking and multiple project leads caused for confusion. Post build issues were handled quickly.

Thanks for a relatively problem free experience throughout the entire experience from beginning to now. We enjoy our new home very, very much!

We were able to watch the building of our new home since we are local. The project manager checked in with us regularly, listened to any concerns and was immediately responsive and always respectful. He gave us confidence in our home and we love it.

Lennar was great to work with and we are pleased with our home.

I really love the home. But dealing with all of the after effects of a walk through etc.,..has been a challenge with this builder. I will continue to not give up. The fact that what they are responsible for they should take care of without delay or putting the blame on someone else.

Lack of responsiveness for issues and you need to wait for months and continue follow up to fix issues.

The EI concept was very nice we had minimal upgrade choices because so many items were included in the base price!

The home design and concepts are awesome, but the subcontractors performance is not supervised properly, thus the workmanship and end product turns out to be average at best. Issues are not addressed during production in a timely manner and resolution of problems becomes more complex than needed.

We love the peaceful lake view from our bedroom window.

Came down to our new home to discover nothing was fixed as what needed to be done before move in. Worst workmanship ever. This is the 4 th new home we have moved into and there is always some problems to be fixed, but nothing like this, every single thing was a mess even the Foreman agreed. Would never recommend to bye any thing from this builder

Very good experience, everything was smooth.

Everything is well done, but, one thing I don’t like when you move it’s no contract with the builder it’s a great the company, highly recommended.

Great Salesman in Hunter and David was just what you are looking for in a Project Manager

When I came to visit this neighborhood I really got excited .. absolutely beautiful.. but the realtor that sold my house was very negligent.. didn’t give the full disclosure.. I still have problems with that

The customer care is a joke. Horrible communication.

From the day of purchase, we were remote during the entire build process. Arrived to find a beautiful completed home. Any small issues have been documented by the builder/customer care and are being addressed in a timely manner. We are thrilled with our home.

Overall experience has been pretty good. Don’t like how limited you are with the builder doing anything outside the norm. For the money you pay you should have more options available.
