Overall good, but not great. WCI needs to work more on warranty issues. Not deny based on what I missed on walkthrough, or this issue is cosmetic. If things installed crooked, and wrong thi sis not a cosmetic issue.

We have not been able to use our master bathroom for 4 out of the 5 months since we've lived here. There are also concerns about the other 2 bathrooms. This is unacceptable as a new home owner.

Sales and closing was professional, pre-warranty work was tedious (poor communications and follow-up, warranty work (communications and response) is good. administrative (Castle) is average, property manager was rude. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of the house and customer service.

I've been in my house for 6 months. I still have several outstanding items that were never completed.

On the day of closing, learned that the areas that were supposed to be fixed by then had not been fixed. didn't wan to delay the closing, and the Construction Manager promised that he would tend to those areas within a few days. It has been six months since I moved in, and I am tending to things one at a time via "after service" clause that covers one-year period. happy with the house and community overall, but dealing with someone, or process, that is not so trustworthy or reliable leaves you with unpleasant feeling -- I hope they improve for future customers.

There was no quality control at all while building this house. Also, there is no attention to detail whatsoever while performing the final finishes on the house. The quality of products used especially the paint is of the lowest quality possible. When I signed the contract, they told me the house was going to be built in six months but was built in less than four months. Consequently, due to the rush in building it had many issues, some issues were resolved many did not. Leaving here while construction was going on other homes has been a major nightmare. There is absolutely no Lennar supervision on contractors and there is a major disorganization on entering or leaving my subdivision. This disorganization made trucks block the roads hence current residents have to wait for contractors to finish their business. Contractors working for Lennar can care less for current residents throwing material and garbage all over the place. The supposed construction manager Lennar has here run away every time a resident brings issues to his attention. Moreover, there is lack of picking up garbage and cleaning the streets. Many times, there mountains of garbage for days. Also, due to construction and rain there is mod and nails on the streets and nobody cleans for weeks. Lennar advertises this as a high-end community but with all the issues experienced, I would not recommend this place to anybody. Furthermore, Lennar forgets that current residents are ambassadors to their brand and can either bring more residents or scared them away. Unsatisfied with much of the service provided. Many issues, (too many to mention) before and during move in. There were items still not addressed after living in the home now for 5 months. Not at all happy with appliances...having issues with all of them. When I submit a work order, the service manager tells me to fix it all myself or to call another company.

Beware. Not to be trusted. This is my second review because they tossed my first one due to its thoroughness.

Thank God for the great neighbors and the water. The home is a Lennar home with WCI slapped on the name. We closed 6 months ago and still are having warranty work done from the poor construction. Construction manager is rude and not helpful. Warranty does their best but they are very busy due to multiple issues on all the homes. They need to step up their game and increase customer communication.

Still waiting 6 months to get items from original punch list addressed. Warranty repairs and responsiveness very good. Sales extremely good and helpful throughout the process.

missing water line to outside faucet and refrigerator, patio door doesn't secure properly, front door installed cock-eyed, etc.

I am happy with the purchase overall and love all that is included in my home with the storm smart windows and extra choices for flooring and countertops compared to the NON WCI Lennar brand. Also really ove the smairt home features provided .

Haven't been able to have any issue fixed and it's been almost six months. Never available when we are there. I heard things may get fixed once they finish all the new construction.

The plumbers & painters they use are awful. Our foreman was wonderful, but if you had to go through the company for issues, things seemed to be pushed off. Craftmanship & finishes are very poor.

We bought a home a few months back and love it. Had a few little items to fix and the warranty issues got solved asap. I sell homes for a living so I see a lot and WCI builds some good strong homes. Couldn't be happier with the process so far.

This home is the third new home we've built/purchased. The quality of the house and responsiveness to minor issues by WCI has been so impressive! Would highly recommend this community to anyone!!

Construction didn't do there job and relied on Customer Service to complete work they couldn't do. As a past Lennar employee and construction Manager the quality is unacceptable.

With new construction there are always going to be "issues" and that is why builders offer a warranty. No one expects to have roof leaks or water just coming through the windows but it happened. The response to these issues were good. When it comes to the finishing work it has unfortunately been poor; literally received a quote from a VP (who refuses to get on the phone) say that is "cosmetic". Yes, when your trades beat everything up that is on you and when you purchase a new home and spend $500k the customer expects things to look good and not be beaten. We feel that the home buying process was super easy with Lennar. I closed in a month! I raised a question about No CDD fees advertised however, I was instructed later that it would not be charged this year but next year. However, they took out CDDs from settlement funds for 2018 and I haven't seen a refund. Sanctuary Cove is a great, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

We are very pleased with our new WCI home and the aftercare they provide is wonderful.

The house is built very poorly especially The finishing . Out of style fixtures Unfinished work , poor dry wall finish and painting. Garage door is not installed properly or cheap door ,scared us inside the house with The loud noise etc

pool pump put 3 feet from lanai. very noisy!!! looks ugly!!! will never be able to sit out in morning to enjoy the quiet. Never informed of electric box in front of house. an eye sore. I could go on and on. I doubt it will make a difference. On a good note , Your customer service reps have been accommodating.

It's great that the new home is a smart home and the community has nice amenities.

poor location on electric outlets and cable, no lights in main room cheap medicine cabinets, inferior pool construction shoddy workmanship.

The bright light has been the warranty work. Suzanne does a good job. She is responsive and follows through
