You get what you pay for

Final building experience was tarnished due to the rush of the builder to settle. Too many items were incomplete or in need of fixing when we were forced to settle. Too many people were forced to settle so that the builder could reach their quarter close goals. This resulted in the building team not being able to get things finished in time for settlement and even be stretched way too thin after settlement when we were trying to get things fixed that weren't done correctly.

The company has been difficult to work with, some workmanship was shoddy and response to correcting it has been poor, also sales pressure to close prematurely caused multiple issues with workmanship, which have not been corrected despite promises to do so. Sales were not very honest with us towards closing. Do not feel pressured to close early if the house is not ready even if they promise t correct

Great neighborhood. Building experience was not worth the problems. Two months late at least. The loan experience was not competitive with my other options but no choice. If I had to do it again I’d buy a resale.

SUZANNE GOT EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE WHEN ASKED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, WE HAVE HOWEVER ASKED FOR GAGAGE FLOOR TO BE REPAIRED THRU OUR JOB FOREMAN AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, WILL NOW NOT RETURN TO THERE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2019

Poor communication during building process but improved after closing. Attention to detail was very lacking and organization was poor. Building process was slow and started very late which lead to builder rushing to finish home close to closing which lead to many mistakes to include structural errors, cosmetics errors and flooring issues and cabinets not completely finished until 4 months after closing. After closing staff and communication did improve .

The house was not finished when I had to close. Over 4 months later still waiting. Be sure you dont close until all the punch list is complete. Every house like mine was done differently. Plugs are placed randomly, water faucets on the outside ..some have 2, some have three faucets. A lot a variations within the same model.

I've had several issues with my new home, I guess that's expected with any new home. Joe, the customer relations employee has been wonderful with expediting repairs.

Sales Consultant very professional and made our buying experience a pleasure and hassle-free. The "everything included" feature is a bonus and we are very satisfied. There is a nice variety of models from which to choose your dream home.

We need help seeing things. Under cabinet lights should have been available. Smart home is a good idea, but requires too many apps at present, and some devices are poorly designed. The Ring doorbell requires a tiny screw to be removed in order to reset it and the special screw driver that should have been provided was not. Warranty dept hasn’t a clue how to address issues with smart home devices. The ac vents in the ceiling can’t be adjusted, so air flow blowing right on the bed can’t be minimized. Several circuit breakers have tripped, which shouldn’t happen in a new home. Water out of the faucet smells bad. Floor/cabinet/backsplash selection was good for the money. House looks nice. ... More

Have sales person to fully described color schemes, grout, location of light switches, and the inability to make changes prior to moving from one aspect of the build to the other. For instance, before my kitchen sink was installed, I wanted to replace the small 50/50 sinks for larger ones. I was told that they had to go by the blueprint and I could not make the change until I received the keys to my home. It cost me almost $2,000 to get the kitchen sink I needed before I could enjoy my kitchen. I had similiar issues with the shower in the master bath with enclosing the shower with doors. That project also cost me about $2,000. The changes should have be approved because these areas were not to make my move flawless. These two projects had my master bathroom and kitchen inoperable for four months before I could fully enjoy my $450K plus home. ... More

Lot of minor issues with overall quality. The design center is awful.

uncountable problems happened in my new home. The worst is nail on the carpet trail penetrated my kid's feet. I am kinda regret buying this home.

Numerous problems with the home. First night in the home sewer back up into the bathrooms and shower. Defects in bathroom tile needed sealer, flooring defect construction debris in sewer line and under carpet

Everything was great until we found numerous items that had poor workmanship.

They use the cheapest contractors they can find. There is NO supervision during construction. I honestly believe they get their force at 7/11

An unexplained four month delay is inexcusable. No apology is just plain rude.
