I am happy with the purchase overall and love all that is included in my home with the storm smart windows and extra choices for flooring and countertops compared to the NON WCI Lennar brand. Also really ove the smairt home features provided .

My sales representative Matt from Lennar/WCI was honest and very helpful throughout the purchasing process. He had my best interest at heart and not just Lennar’s. The warranty manager Robert has also been excellent to work with and consistently follows up to ensure the work has been completed.

Fairly cookie cutter approach to home buying which was beneficial in many ways. My Agent Mike L was very helpful in Fiddlers Creek- a sincere and responsive pro. Lennar was a bit too eager to close and get funding before the home was 100% complete. Punch list items were addressed promptly though. Sam the Contractor is a good guy and willing to assist. The biggest issue is quality control and responsiveness post closing on any repair issues that arise.

Disappointing home building process

While encountering dozens of faults due to poor workmanship and being assured that everything would be taken care of after we close, we agreed. Wish we hadn’t. The quality of the appliances, fixtures, finishes, landscaping and sod might be ok for homes half our price but certainly not Sereno Grove. Totally unprofessional. Still is very frustrating.

They use the cheapest contractors they can find. There is NO supervision during construction. I honestly believe they get their force at 7/11

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the cabinet installation. Every cabinet had numerous marks and rubs and several were significantly damaged during installation. Despite these issues being noted during our walk through nothing was done for 4 months even after repeated requests on our part. Even then the damages were not addressed. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the follow up on punchlist items. There was a span of a full month between closing and move in and another two.months when the house was unoccupied. Construction didn't do there job and relied on Customer Service to complete work they couldn't do. As a past Lennar employee and construction Manager the quality is unacceptable.

Unsatisfied with much of the service provided. Many issues, (too many to mention) before and during move in. There were items still not addressed after living in the home now for 5 months. Not at all happy with appliances...having issues with all of them. When I submit a work order, the service manager tells me to fix it all myself or to call another company.

Came down to our new home to discover nothing was fixed as what needed to be done before move in. Worst workmanship ever. This is the 4 th new home we have moved into and there is always some problems to be fixed, but nothing like this, every single thing was a mess even the Foreman agreed. Would never recommend to bye any thing from this builder

Horrible experience. The construction manager Doug and his supervisor Jeff are completely non responsive. I am still waiting 2 months later for my original punch list to be fixed.. They do not answer calls or texts. Very unprofessional and horrible representation of the company.
