The Home specialist was misleading in the sense that she was not informed on matters pertaining to our home. When asked questions she referred us to other departments in Lennar. Our closing was greatly delayed, our exception list was not finalized, our warranty tickets stayed open for weeks before the CV19 pandemic happened, now we sit uncertainly of knowing when they will address them or if they will address our issues. Terrible experience, really. After we close we didn't receive any welcome packages nor a sign in our door to say that it was private property, which allowed every sub to come in unannounced.
