Sales and closing was professional, pre-warranty work was tedious (poor communications and follow-up, warranty work (communications and response) is good. administrative (Castle) is average, property manager was rude. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of the house and customer service.

Upon purchasing the new build, it was explicitly stated that no customization whatsoever was allowed. This was fine as most of the finishes were pleasant, however, certain items that cannot be renovated without extreme costs are frustrating. Number 1: Insullation/AC Who uses standard R 30 which is code minimum on a wood frame second story in our area of FL. AC unit is undersized and there is clearly a major temperature difference when moving room to room even with the doors open. AC vents are inadequate for master suite. These are not custom homes and the quality of the construction components and improvements and betterment’s are standard for mid-price housing units. The project managers are very responsive and do their best to work with you to get problems resolved. Almost all of the contractors have been very prompt and professional in the follow up work that need to be done. Given the pricing of the lots and units the quality is as expected. Generally we are very pleased. Items from the walk thru still remain 5 months later. Closing was a disaster as far as being able to lock down a date, over 1 week late. Parking situation not as described prior to purchase. It just seems to take forever to get anything done.

Very good materials and appliances/equipment quality, sub-standard workmanship with obvious issues that should have been identified by the builder during construction; most issues were addressed, few still open after 5 months. Also, upon closing/delivery, house was NOT clean and move in ready.

Overall good, but not great. WCI needs to work more on warranty issues. Not deny based on what I missed on walkthrough, or this issue is cosmetic. If things installed crooked, and wrong thi sis not a cosmetic issue.

We love our home, however, our issues post closing are very unacceptable. Our closing should have been delayed and the house completely finished with a final QC check. Too many items to mention and too many still outstanding.

We love our home in Inlet Shore! We have the Flagler model and the home is beautiful - great floor plan. Great location! Overall, we are very happy. The only negative is that our final finishing and closing were rushed and we are reaping the benefits of the hurriedness now - almost 2 months in and still many items not cared for. The local Lennar team on site is as helpful as they can be, however, somewhere at the top there must be a disconnect. Many of our neighbors are experiencing the same issues. Would still buy again here, but with caution and attention before closing.

Punch list never completed

When we did our final walk through, our punch list was never completed. We were told by the realtor and construction manager that it had to go through the warranty guy now. There has been barely any communication on his end. We’ve lived in the house 8 weeks and our punch list is still not completed.

The home is beautiful. The design and layout is exactly what we wanted. But the quality of the workmanship, given the price paid, is really not good. Every time I have an independent contractor here for something they comment on the corners that the builder cut in building this home.

Workers do not respect the homeowner or their other trades people. I had mirrors installed over exposed holes in the wall and a broken window from next door build.

We are satisfied. Finishing quality of workmanship was poor. Paint on walls, caulking in shower, paint on floor tiling and patio surface were disappointing. These were all distractions from the purchase. Overall we are happy with home. When we note problems they have been prompt in attempts to correct issues.

Final building experience was tarnished due to the rush of the builder to settle. Too many items were incomplete or in need of fixing when we were forced to settle. Too many people were forced to settle so that the builder could reach their quarter close goals. This resulted in the building team not being able to get things finished in time for settlement and even be stretched way too thin after settlement when we were trying to get things fixed that weren't done correctly.

Lennar builders were not responsive to us, prior to closing, and then pushed our closing when the house wasn't completed. We love our house, just not their business practices.
