Since this was far from an entry level home we had much higher expectations for the finished product than the builder delivered. During the building process, numerous errors, deficiencies, and issues were identified by us and our independent home inspector. Almost all were ignored by the builder and sales person. All had to be corrected, after closing, by the warranty division. Words cannot describe how very disappointed we are with the finished product that was presented to us at closing. We had a significant punch list after closing, which is still being worked on, four months after ...

During the selling process, we had been informed that we will able to ask for adjustments during the walkthrough. After 2 rounds of the walkthrough, they did not fix / attend our reasonable complains (also being sarcastic about some of the issues). We need to accept as is because we we decline( which we are really considering) we will lose our down payment. After moving in, we are still waiting / arguing with the construction about the dead grass and they are totally ignoring us. Regarding the grass, The realtor said that all lawn costa are included in the HOA, and they will fix that dead ...

Thank God for the great neighbors and the water. The home is a Lennar home with WCI slapped on the name. We closed 6 months ago and still are having warranty work done from the poor construction. Construction manager is rude and not helpful. Warranty does their best but they are very busy due to multiple issues on all the homes. They need to step up their game and increase customer communication.

Unsatisfied with much of the service provided. Many issues, (too many to mention) before and during move in. There were items still not addressed after living in the home now for 5 months. Not at all happy with appliances...having issues with all of them. When I submit a work order, the service manager tells me to fix it all myself or to call another company.

The house was not finished when I had to close. Over 4 months later still waiting. Be sure you dont close until all the punch list is complete. Every house like mine was done differently. Plugs are placed randomly, water faucets on the outside ..some have 2, some have three faucets. A lot a variations within the same model.

The overall experience dealing with sales, construction and post sale with Lenar was terrible. First Alexa the Real estate agent Did a nice bait and switch to get me in the door and then two weeks later push out build two months. Postale, they never gave me a mailbox key and I had a fight with them for 21 days to get the mailbox key which they never delivered to give me. She claims she went to the local post office, but upon further investigation when I went to the same post office she claimed to go to. I spoke to the supervisor and he said not a single person from Lenar has come to get your ...

Building materials extremely poor quality: Sherwin Williams Paint: Final product isn't even of "primer" quality. All walls are not washable or scrubbable so they all need to be redone with high quality paint. Sherwin Williams paint stores said "Yeah that's our cheapest product". "Our exterior paint only lasts five years". Windows: Lawson brand: many issues. Their rep came out to fix issues and said "the windows you have are our cheapest we make". Cabinets: Very poor quality. Their rep who came out for an issue said "this is the same product you can get at Home Depot, just under a different ...

On the day of closing the construction manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Decided to overlook this because I really wanted to move in into our new home. In less than one month the house had 2 major leaks that are still being repaired, the kitchen island is disassembled, and the master bathroom, living room and den walls are also being repaired. So in a nutshell.... Horrible buying experience and horrible construction. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is not an isolated issue as I have talked to all my neighbors at Monterrey Waterside and everyone has had similar issues. You are welcome to ...

Came down to our new home to discover nothing was fixed as what needed to be done before move in. Worst workmanship ever. This is the 4 th new home we have moved into and there is always some problems to be fixed, but nothing like this, every single thing was a mess even the Foreman agreed. Would never recommend to bye any thing from this builder

The construction manager and VP of construction were the worst. There were issues they refused to fix. I literally had tears buying this home because I knew it was not a quality home. I felt I had no choice because the lease was up on my rental and they already had a family moving in. This was supposed to be my forever home. No exaggeration this was the worst experience ever and I've been deployed and put in some crazy situations. Sales staff told us several thing where included-never happened. Just to list a few-Electrical plugs in living room floor, blind package included, hallway arches, kitchen cabinets molding, pre wired for pendent lights. Delivery date 5 month off, causing us to rent elsewhere. Permits not issued correctly- delaying home, builder made changes after construction started never reported to County. Roof trusses left in the mud and rain for over 2 months- result mold and several damaged trussed installed. Told me they would clean with bleach- can not clean a porous material-wood with bleach. I must say the entire process has been the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a new home anywhere in the United States; from initial purchase to final move-in. Additionally, the quality and value of your new Wild Blue home will be sub-par. Post delivery of the home had nearly nonexistent customer service. Attention to detail and timely responses are not what one should expect from the Lennar/WCI team. If you prefer actual conversations about anything you won’t find that here; emails at best. Potential home buyers need to know that the workmanship is terrible. Lennar would rather throw ...

This is our second WCI home. The first was great but it was prior to the Lennar acquisition. With the exception of a few fine people, our latest experience has been a disappointment. Quality control is nonexistent. Defects in drywall that should have been caught before painting were just painted over. Appliances are a random selection of various price point GE products of which two have already failed. Door locks are not keyed alike. The list is endless and the follow up by warranty repair is just as bad. Expect at least two service calls to get something corrected even after a video ...
