The land plan that led many buyers to purchase homes in this new community was also recognized by Builder Magazine, which is one of the many voices of the National Homes Builders Association, and the Chicago Sun Times which named Riverside at Ole Caton Farm as Chicagoland’s Planned Unit Development of the Year in 1993.
