Just 66 miles from Denver, our Rendezvous sales office is located at 78841 US Hwy 40, Ste 101, in Winter Park, across from Hideaway Park in the Rendezvous Center. Open 10am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sunday. An appointment to view our homes is strongly recommended. I-70 to Exit 232, US-40 West. Take Exit 232 from I-70 and merge onto US-40 West toward Empire and Winter Park. Continue on US-40 West over Berthoud Pass. Drive approximately 28 miles through scenic mountain terrain, passing landmarks such as Berthoud Falls and the summit of Berthoud Pass. Rendezvous Center (sales office) will be on your right, located near downtown Winter Park.
