Oakley Builders is a full-service custom home builder dedicated to creating and improving residential houses that meet the needs and preferences of our clients. Jamie Oakley has always been interested in construction and founded Oakley Builders in 2002 to focus only on the construction of stunning residential homes in Eastern North Carolina. His firm quickly established itself as one of the area's most distinguished custom home builders. Jamie has an excellent eye for detail and pays great attention to each step of the construction process. He understands the importance of the builder-client relationship and has prioritized it since the company's inception. An introduction meeting at our office is a good way to start the construction process. We'll sit down with you and answer any questions you have about the construction process, financing, or our company. After you've decided your strategy, we'll set up a meeting to go over our thorough questionnaire. This will assist us in formulating a precise proposal. You can make changes to the proposal after it has been completed if necessary. The next step is to sign a Contract and Specification Sheet if the proposal is accepted. Several jobsite and office meetings will be held during the construction phase. Throughout the construction process, you will be able to track progress and make important decisions. At our location, we have a full-service showroom to assist you with all of your design options.
