Maple Meadows will be one of our communities without a standard HOA. This community was well designed and has beautiful landscaping to get you started off on the right foot. All the households in this community come standard with nine-foot walls that will give your home a feeling of both luxury and coziness at the same time. Maple Meadows is located near top-quality pickleball courts, softball fields, playgrounds, schools, and other facilities. With four lighted softball fields, the area is home to many softball leagues and tournaments which help to keep the area vibrant and the residents active. The design of all the fields and courts, along with ample parking, help to contain all the visitors to the fields and away from your home. However, the close proximity makes it easy for you to enjoy any game! Maple Meadows is a great place to be to stay active and enjoy the desert landscape. Head South and you are within minutes of the St George Airport. Being near the airport allows the traveling businessman or the adventurer to be able to quickly and easily get from point A to point B without having to travel to Las Vegas or Salt Lake City.
