We realize, and our investors realize, that by the time a large community is complete, there will be ups and downs in the real estate market. Our experience and national scope help us prepare for this, and our geographically diverse portfolio means when one market is down, often another is recovering. Embrey Mill™ is a new mixed-use community just west of Interstate 95 in North Stafford, VA in the Washington, DC metro area. Over one-third of the 831 total acreage in the Embrey Mill community will follow the land’s natural topography to create visible, accessible, and usable spaces throughout the community. The distinct small-scale neighborhoods, livable home designs, and thoughtfully designed community amenities were envisioned as a respite at the end of a long commute.
