The Appaloosa II is an open-concept ranch floor plan that offers open spaces for gathering and entertaining, while still preserving more private areas for daily life. As soon as you step in the door, you can see through to the Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen. This central space forms the heart of the home. It’s large enough for entertaining, but still feels comfortable on quiet days when the house isn’t filled with guests. The kitchen features a welcoming island, providing additional food prep space and a convenient spot to gather near the culinary artist. Also, an optional gourmet kitchen is available for an enhanced cooking experience. Nearby, there’s an open-ended flex room that adds to the open area while creating a separated space that can express your unique lifestyle. This room can be enhanced with a cantilevered box, or fully enclosed to create a Study, or converted into a bedroom, or it can be completely incorporated into the open area to have an expansive Great Room.
Retreating from the open area, the private Primary Suite features a 5-piece bathroom and walk-in closet, with an option to upgrade to a 4-piece Spa Bathroom. For more space in this bedroom, there’s an optional cantilever box, which creates a cozy nook to relax & recharge in. The main level also includes another bedroom & bathroom, laundry room, & coat closet.
