Since its inception, Timberlake Homes has remained a privately held company and has been responsible for the development and construction of single-family residences and luxury townhomes for thousands of homebuyers in Maryland and Delaware.

Our success—fueled by attention to detail, careful consideration of our homebuyers’ needs, and strength in operating as a team—has given Timberlake the opportunity to grow, both in services offered and in new markets in which we build. Timberlake Design/Build was founded in 2002 and specializes in large-scale luxury home renovations, building one of our home designs on a customer’s homesite, as well as undertaking custom home construction.
