Night Harbor

Welcome to Night Harbor, on the shores of Lake Murray, the crown jewel of the Midlands, SC. Offering 50,000 acres of deep, fresh water, Lake Murray is simply a sportsman’s paradise - an idyllic playground for sailing, boating, fishing and the most magnificent, golden sunsets. Night Harbor’s location on Lake Murray just 10 minutes southwest of Chapin, SC and Interstate 26 is the place to be just 2 hours from the ocean and 2 hours to the mountains between Charleston, SC and Asheville, NC. The community is situated just off of Amick’s Ferry Road on the way to Timberlake which features lakeside golf and dining. The community offers lake access with a neighborhood boat ramp, a small clubhouse, tennis courts, street lights, restrictive covenants to protect values and relatively low annual neighborhood association fees. Our new phase of construction at Night Harbor is a small enclave consisting of 25 homesites. Our durable exteriors within this community are low-maintenance and a mix of brick, fiber cement siding and/or stone often with treatments of stone, fiber cement siding or vinyl accents.
