Off the garage entry is a Mud room with space for a drop zone, plus the Laundry room. The Powder room uniquely lies 2 steps up on the landing heading upstairs. The second floor includes a Loft and 3 nice-sized secondary bedrooms, 2 of which share access to a bathroom with double sinks, and one of which has a private bathroom.
