It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Gaven floor plan. This is a single- story house that includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two car garage. This house spans 1,778 square feet and will be a lovely home for you and your family! As you enter the house, you will find two secondary bedrooms that have access to a secondary bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have carpet flooring and a tall closet. The first secondary bedroom however has two large bright windows that open to the front of the home while the other secondary bedroom has one large bright window that opens to the side of the house. In between of the two bedrooms is the secondary bathroom, which is equipped with vinyl flooring and a tile tub. The linen closet sits adjacent to the entryway of the secondary bathroom. Continuing through the home, you will pass the second closet in the foyer and arrive in the L-shaped kitchen, family room, and dining room. This is an open concept living and dining space, making hosting for family and friends a breeze.
