Welcome to the Gunnison plan! This two story, single-family home features 2,758 square footage of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3-car garage, upper-level loft, flex room, covered front porch, and an unfinished basement. As you walk through the front door and into the entryway, you’ll find a study to your right with LiveFlex features with the option to turn this space into a formal dining room with a butler’s pantry heading into the kitchen. Further down the hallway from the entryway, you’ll find a mudroom to your left with an optional bench, a powder bath, coat closet, and access to the 3-car garage. At the end of the hallway, you’re greeted by the open-concept main living area. To your left you’ll have a flex space with the option to turn it into a media room. To the right of the flex room, you’ll have a nook for your kitchen table and a sliding glass door that takes you to the outdoor patio. You’ll have the option to upgrade to a larger patio, a covered patio, or a deck with stairs to take you to the backyard. Heading back into the house and to the right of the nook is the kitchen which features a large kitchen island, a pantry, and the option to upgrade to gourmet kitchen appliances. At the back of the home, you’ll have the great room with the option to include a fireplace and two windows for additional natural light.
