Welcome to the Heritage in the Reserve Series at Nagel Farms! This functional ranch plan is a simpler version of the original Heritage and offers 2,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. The front elevation of the home features a front porch and a 2-car side load garage. As you step through the 8-foot front door, the spacious entryway greets you and guests with 10' ceilings. As you continue through the home, the great room boasts 12' ceilings and ample windows on the back wall for plenty of natural light. The great room opens up to the casual dining area which has plenty of room for a large table. This flows directly into the kitchen which features plenty of counter space, soft-close cabinetry, a spacious center island, and a walk-in pantry. There is also an option for additional cabinetry with an optional coffee bar. Directly off the great room, is a hallway that leads to the primary bedroom.
