Integrity 2400S Plan Info

This traditional 2 story plan includes 3 bedrooms with the option to convert to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths and 2,396 square feet of living space. Upon entrance into the foyer, you will find a coat closet and access to the powder room. Opposite that is a bonus room designated as a den, but which can be converted to a bedroom. Exploring deeper into the footprint of the home discover a large eating nook that is open to the kitchen. Round out the first floor with a private and spacious great room, staircase to second floor and the mudroom, equipped with plenty of storage and access to the garage. Head upstairs to the open game room, which can be converted to a bedroom with walk in closet.
