Italianette Cottage Plan Info

With bright colors and incredible detail, this cottage was designed by Sullivan-Bruck Architects after the architecture found in Lunenburg, a 200 year old fishing village in Nova Scotia, Canada. The open floor plan features a living room with a wall of windows overlooking a large deck and includes a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The second floor master bedroom overlooks another wall of windows and private bathroom. An additional bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room is also included on the second floor. A third bedroom is included on the first floor. The full basement with 9 foot ceilings allows another 600 sq. ft. of optional living space.
