Welcome to the Keystone II plan! This single-family home features 1,911 square footage of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, a covered front porch, and an upper-level loft. As you walk through the front door and into the entryway, you’ll find a powder bathroom to your right just beside the staircase that takes you to the second floor. Walking further down the hallway, you’ll have a mudroom to your left with access to the 3-car garage. At the end of the hallway, you’ll be greeted by the open concept main level where the kitchen, dining area, and great room flow effortless between one another which is ideal for entertaining. To the right you’ll have your L-shaped kitchen with a pantry and a center island. You’ll have the option to upgrade to gourmet kitchen appliances if that is something you value when cooking. There will also be a sliding glass door to the patio where you have the option to add a larger patio, a covered patio, or a deck that takes you down to the backyard. Heading back into the home to the left of the kitchen you have your dining space, and then the great room where you’ll have the option to include a fireplace. Heading up the stairs to the second level, you’ll have a loft space at the front of the home. This loft space has the option to turn into a 4th bedroom if that’s something you and your family need. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are to the left of the loft with the option to use the 3rd bedroom as a LiveFlex room. The Laundry room and second full bathroom are centralized to the upper level. At the back of the home on the second level, you’ll find the primary bedroom with additional windows as an option, a private bathroom with a double vanity, water closet, tiled shower, and a large walk-in closet.
