The Georgetown Plan Info

The Georgetown is another expansive model. Endless possibilities exist between 4-6 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 baths! The two car garage brings you straight into the mudroom, laundry room and half bath hallway which is adjacent to the elongated kitchen and dining area. The huge kitchen has a pantry, a plethora of counter and cabinet space, and an extra large island with double sinks and breakfast bar which overlooks the family room. With the sliding glass door in the dining area and triple windows in the family room, this is one big, bright space!
