Part of our Georgian Collection, the Gwinnett floorplan is our largest plan offering over 4,100 square feet. This two-story home includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a 2 car garage. From the two story foyer is a majestic double staircase. On one side of the foyer is found the study and opposite that is a gorgeous formal dining room that flows perfectly into the kitchen. This kitchen includes a large walk in pantry, a raised bar to easily seat 6, and counter space to accommodate the best of home chefs. The large breakfast area is also in this space. Tucked away from the kitchen area is found a powder room and a sizable bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Entering the upper gallery by either of the two staircases, the additional bedrooms, loft area, laundry room, and the master suite will be found.
