Our whole home buying experience through Lennar was outstanding. Support from Lennar's fantastic team - German & Jessica (new home consultants), Nick (customer care representative), & the Construction Team was amazing - making both the home buying and living experience memorable! Preserve has beautiful homes along with an awesome community - and is in an excellent location, with close proximity to a lot of shopping areas and the 680 freeway.

I had a great experience with Beth as the sales rep. She was great guiding me through the whole process and was very responsive to my questions: via phone, next and email. The quality of the home itself is great so far. However, I am a bit disappointed on the workmanship of the landscaping. California is in a drought and there are many leaks with their irrigation system through out. I have reported them to the association and the landscapers I see at the community and these leaks still have not been repaired. Otherwise, my and family and I, are very happy with our home and the community!

The field person are great: sales representative, customer service rep., construction manager, title company service. The quality of the house is just average. For example: There is no medicin cabinet in the bathrooms. Draws and cabinet are at a minimun numbers. Some of the windows are hard to make it full open. solar company was imposed on buyers. not very responsive solar company. the panels were already muddy at the time of move-in. build quality in average, not upto the brand name "LENNAR". window installation was average. overall average. buying experience was not the best. had to follow up on the next steps multiple times. no one from lennar provided a clear roadmap of things that would take place before closing and the procedures. everything was a on-the-go task to be sorted with out prior anticipation due to lack of information on the closing procedures. coyotes and squirrels roam ...

Overpriced but mediocre materials used in construction and very bad responsiveness to issues. Cabinet fixtures are not built properly, the Carpets have nails poking out and the bathroom showers have scratches all over during construction.

Hi, Purchased home through Lennar. Went through in initial orientation, found a water leak in master bathroom. No follow up after the initial leak found. I was told management will contact, after multiple calls still no one followed up. Only when things got near the closing date, did i receive a call from the membet support and they were able to get me the updates. I was suppose to receive my closing gift, its been two months no update on this one as well. The quality of products, door knob handles, used seems very low quality.

The model home and things in it are much different than the final products or things added to the different homesites. Finish is terrible, materials are cheaper than cheap. It feels like we need to renovate even though it's a new house.... the smallest toilets and appliances.

Not worth the high price tag. Lennar claims to offer quality homes but skimps on materials used in the home. The cheapest grade of apartment paint is used throughout. Poor workmanship skills in the construction teams, scratches on the walls and floors, unfinished corners, peeling paint on doors, missed sealant on exterior walls. Lennar will boast about their customer care team, but in reality they ignore every request and close any ticket as soon as you close on the home. Request a thorough walk-through.
