From start meeting Arin and her assistance to my wife and I and even the recommendations to assist us to getting qualified was greatly appreciated. Even meeting the staff at Asher Landing that assist with any issues found after moving in, Grant is always very helpful.

Great experience! Love my home so much! The sales agents were very kind and knowledgeable! Would recommend Richmond American homes over other builders in the area. Their level of construction is top tier and they offer really great floor plans that are hard to find else where!

I looked at a few different builders in the area and this one stood out for building with above average materials and not making them options. Beautiful area with views of nature really won me over as well. The process was so fast it’s surreal. They all worked together like a fine oiled machine. I saw it a closed in less than 3 weeks. Amazing experience.

If you do not use Richmond to buy a home, shame on you. I would rather be homeless, than live in a home that is not Richmond. Do yourself a favor and consult Richmond for your home buying needs.

From our first day seeing houses everything was very smooth. Super friendly staff at Richmond. Brandi the Richmond sales agent in our areas was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions. She was amazing! And even the loan officers all were very responsive and made everything as smooth and quick as possible. We were surprised at how good and smooth everything went. Even after closing our warranty agent Nicole has been on top of the little details being addressed with our home. She’s very knowledgeable and on top of it. Our new Richmond-American home is something we've always wanted. Design and quality are excellent and the home is exactly what we were looking for. Our salesperson, Courtney, is outstanding and made the whole process very easy. The few minor new home follow-up items were handled quickly by Nathan, and the Richmond-American team has checked in with us several times to ensure all is well. What a terrific experience.

Handle warranty issues lightning fast.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased a new-build home, and this is by far the best experience that I've had. The entire process, from sales to design selection to build to closing to post-close warranty issues, the employees have all been phenomenal. They've constantly strived to do the right thing by us, their customers, and give us the best experience and home possible. Melissa, our sales rep, did great. Natasha, our designer, and HUGE SHOUTOUT to Danny, our foreman, who went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about our new home, was incredibly helpful with issues, and gave great advice for us. I was shocked to see that I was able to get into a brand new build since I was buying by myself. Hattie was amazing giving me the tour, talking about how everything worked & how the process would go. She helped me loosely crunch some numbers to show me what my mortgage would be. I never felt pressured to buy or fill out paperwork on the spot, which I really liked! We messaged a few times before I went back in to officially start the process. From start to finish, Richmond American Homes has proven to be an exceptional National builder. The quality and workmanship are well above average and include so many features that make them move-in ready! There are beautiful floor plans to choose from and we quickly fell in love with one that gave us everything we needed. Our sales manager, Realtor, and site super were all easy to communicate with and helped to make the whole process even better. We can’t say enough good about this experience!

Our home buying experience with Richmond American Homes leaves us with warm feelings toward this builder and its team at the Kokanee Estates community in Lake Stevens, WA. The seller realtor we worked with, the wonderful Lia, gave us all the time and attention we wanted and chased down answers to questions beyond those she already knew. We made several repeat visits to the home and Lia welcomed us in those visits. Lia worked well to make our contingency purchase happen. We are impressed with the quality of the build, and the finish of the details, of the home itself. We rave about the spacious ceilings and the one-story design that meets our desires. In a surprising turn, the builders made a shift in design just to accommodate a hope we had that was not in the plan for this particular house, a change they made at no cost to us. We have recently purchased a house from Richmond. We’ve had a smooth process and we’re very happy with the results. Richmond were keeping us informed about everything and explained the whole process clearly. They were being responsive and helpful. The house itself is very nice and the great material was used! We’re very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to buy a house!
