The area of Gregg Ranch is an ideal spot for my wife and I to spend the rest of our lives. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of construction. I found that the finishing trim work was better than most of the builders. The price of the home was very competitive and was in line with the quality of construction.

Lori was a fantastic sales agent and facilitated the purchase of my new home flawlessly. Everyone from the lender to the closing team was fantastic.

Whitney, the salesperson, was great. She was very kind, especially during some delays by mortgage company. All issues have been addressed quickly and staff has been friendly and want to help. The quality of products used in the home is far higher than any other builders in the area. We love our RV garage and style of our home. Don't hesitate to buy a home from Richmond American Homes. We are very satisfied customers and would buy from them again.
