My husband and I had the most amazing home buying experience. This is our first home and honestly we were not looking and didn't think this was achievable. From the first moment we met at the Richmond community within the Aurora Highlands every person we met was so helpful, patient and made us feel special and important at each step. We closed after a short 15 days and were blown away with all the information provided in such a short time. I knew the minute I saw this home, neighborhood and price this was the house for me. I love that the home has 8' doors throughout, large lots, fantastic features (such as self closing cabinets, tankless water heater, and complimentary paint touch up at the one year mark). The sales process was simple and Grant was great as he worked closely with my realtor to make sure all was in order for the transaction. Dennis did a great job of walking us through the functionality throughout the home and how to operate things, and took care of a few items discussed as part of the first walk through so that things were done before the final walk through.
