We are absolutely delighted with our home purchase. We moved out of state to purchase our new home and the sale rep was very kind and always answered my calls and questions. She wasn’t pushy to make a sale and was spot on to what our monthly payment would be. I didn’t have any surprises during closing. We are very thankful for the help from the lenders who were patient. Love homes built with quality

Whitney, the salesperson, was great. She was very kind, especially during some delays by mortgage company. All issues have been addressed quickly and staff has been friendly and want to help. The quality of products used in the home is far higher than any other builders in the area. We love our RV garage and style of our home. Don't hesitate to buy a home from Richmond American Homes. We are very satisfied customers and would buy from them again.

I genuinely loved the overall end-to-end experience. The model home I purchased is beautiful, the interest rate offered was competitive, and the after-purchase care has been outstanding. David and Gabriel, in particular, went above and beyond in addressing a few issues we noted after moving in—they were incredibly responsive and supportive, which made a huge difference. I’ve been enthusiastically recommending this builder and community to my friends and family because I truly enjoy sharing the positive parts of my journey here. That said, I do want to be honest about one frustrating aspect: the sales department—especially Joey—made the initial process more stressful than it needed to be. We encountered several unexpected surprises during the purchase phase, and the communication style felt dismissive and at times unprofessional. It left a sour taste in our mouths and made us question whether we had made the right decision. Thankfully, every other part of the experience has more than made up for that rocky start. Great experience so far.

Buying a new home with Richmond American is by far the best decision you can make. The representatives (sales, loan, building operations, etc., were super responsive and went out of their way to make the process easy relatively simple and super-efficient. I would like to specifically praise the work of Tanner (our sales representative) and Tyler (our building supervisor) at Arborbrook. Both men were incredible in performing their jobs and were a pleasure to work with. I would also like to note the outstanding work of Erin, our loan representative. Erin was very responsive answering loan questions and ensuring that we understood all aspects of our loan. I was working with 3 new home builders for months, before I chose Richmond American in about two weeks, specifically because they were so responsive and seemed to really want to help our family purchase their dream home. We were looking for a new house in a neighborhood that is currently under development and has multiple builders. After making multiple trips and visited all builders in the community we decided to go with Richmond. At Richmond we found the most house for the money, build quality is fantastic, lot size, sales rep Jesus went above and beyond for us, loan department as well. We made the right choice with Richmond and we couldn't be more happy.

Quick smooth and easy process

We recently purchased a new construction home at Seasons at Wekiva Ridge in Mount Dora, FL, and the entire experience has been fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the model home, we were warmly greeted by Samantha. Her professionalism, knowledge, and patience made us feel completely comfortable. She answered all our questions thoroughly, which made our decision to move forward with Richmond American Homes very easy. We also chose to use their mortgage company, and the financing process with Mike and his team was incredibly smooth and straightforward. They guided us every step of the way, making the approval process stress-free. Our final walk-through with Bob was detailed and organized, and we’re happy to say there were no issues at all. Buying a helmet, Richmond American has been a wonderful experience in many ways. From the person we worked with when we purchased it Matt to the contractor that we dealt with Todd. We have had a wonderful experience. The only problem we’ve had is with our Postal Service, we cannot seem to get our mail changed over because it keeps saying that the address is not valid. That is the only problem we’ve had, but it has been a significant one. I’m not sure who is responsible for this, but it is driving me out of my mind! So the only thing I would suggest in the future is that everybody is connected on the fact that these places need to have an address in place before people move in because it’s been very frustrating. Not being able to have our mail delivered properly. I have done everything including going to planning and zoning and no one really is dealing with it. Everybody just keeps saying it’s someone else’s fault and I’m not sure who’s fault it is. I just wish it would get fixed! Richmond American is a beautiful home and we would buy it again in a heartbeat. We are so happy here and we are so glad we bought it.! Everybody has been responsive and done a great job! ... More

We didn’t build, but we purchased a new Richmond American home and have been extremely happy with the quality and design. The layout is thoughtful, the finishes are beautiful, and everything feels solid and well-made. I absolutely love the sunroom! The sales team was wonderful and very responsive. Great value and a great home!

Our experience was very good. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but that is expected for a new build. The only negative was being surprised by things that are not in our home that were in the model. That was a bit of a disappointment. Being a spec home there were no choices. Overall we are satisfied.

Whitney was fantastic and kept me in the loop, while Matt made sure all my thoughts were addressed prior to closing. Mike has been fantastic in the Warranty team when I noticed some small things that needed to be addressed.

My experience was great, all the personnel was knowledgeable and friendly.

Pleased with the home and love the location.
