Overall it has been quite a positive experience. Whatever issues we had were quickly resolved. Both our salesperson, Vincent and Construction contact, Chris kept us informed of the progress and followed up on all questions and concerns.

Experience with builder Bill was nothing short of great. Explained blue prints in detail. John then took over who was a true professional,understanding and catered to our needs. HATS OFF to the people behind the scenes who labored in the heat.

We love the layout of our home and our project manager, Brandon was great to work with. We have experienced a few issues such as paint splatter on our hardwood floors and owners bath floor has paint, glue and dirt imbedded in the grout. A wall niche that was to be in the second bedroom was not installed and a resolution has still not been reached. Our refrigerator, dishwasher and stove have all needed repairs within the first month of moving in. Our communication with our sales representative and warranty specialist has been non existent as emails have not been responded to.

Extremely happy during construction until closing. Few issues highlighted in the pre-closing not addressed properly. Now waiting for the repair of same. Unfortunately the rush to closing without fully complete the pre-closing itens was not a good way to handle the house.

DiVosta builds good homes. The quality and workmanship is better than all the others I have seen or purchased. The construction manager Bill was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. The sales manager Paul Myers was good to work with and responsive. Had a few problems such as: keys lost and not available after closing; the Pulte Title Co used the wrong HOA dues amount at closing (had to pay more after closing); edge of garage floor was chipped up and took two months to get repaired. Overall, we’re happy with the buying experience and the home despite the issues mentioned above.

Brendan in sales was great and got us started with our purchase! Then John, our construction manager, was phenomenal!! Whenever I would call or need to get in the home for measurements, he ALWAYS answered quickly and helped me out. He connected us with others who could help with our home. He is very capable, accommodating and professional despite being new with Divosta. Chris went above and beyond keeping us updated on the progress of our home and met with us on numerous occasions. We closed sooner than expected and certain things still needed attention which we were told would be fixed soon after-but now it’s slow and hard to get the attention needed. There are a number of issues that we need help with and the HOA representative does not respond with help- 1. Over a month before we closed on our home we noticed the landscaping company had put a very large growing tree almost on our property line in the back yard. We had many conversations with Pulte’s people about moving the tree to the left hand side of the common land where another tree is but it’s dying. Prior to closing we were told that Pulte would move the tree. We are having a screen enclosure put up for many reasons but one big reason is the amount of bugs. It is not possible to have the screen enclosure as long as the tree is there.

My home construction process went very well. My CM was a good communicator and he was very responsive. But....6 weeks after closing my pre-closing punch list plus subsequent warranty lists are still not resolved. I have had to really raise a fuss, which I don't like doing. Multiple emails, warranty requests and follow UPS aren't working. And the sewer backed up in my home and no one has offered to help sanitize that mess. I had to clean it up and complain until they finally sent someone in to test for mold, bacteria (almost 2 weeks later,). That is very disappointing. Will I buy another ...

The actual build process was overall great. Our Construction Manager kept us in the loop and updated throughout the entire process and was quite enjoyable to see.
