I’ve been waiting 15 years to get a Divosta Home since I first saw a model. After waiting for the right time and the right location, I finally got one! It’s a great home and well worth the wait. Great build. Great craftsmanship. Great customer service. We love our new home.

The builders started building our home at the end of October 2019. We visited and saw the progress on a weekly basis. Our project manager, Bill answered any questions we had via text or e-mail. Prior to the sheet rock going up, Bill took us through an in depth tour of how well our house was built and how DiVosta used quality materials to build these homes. Our home was finished and we closed April 3, 2020. We love the village and the people! The clubhouse is absolutely beautiful, as it has a hotel resort size pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. You actually feel like you’re on vacation every day of the week. We are also very pleased with the full-size gym and party/catering area. Things were explained very well from start to finish!

DiVosta's reputation precedes them but they made our buying experience both pleasant and highly satisfactory both during the build process and the customer care they provide after closing. DiVosta does so much more than just build quality houses; they are a lifestyle developer that understands how to design a community that takes on a sense of place and immediately becomes home.

Any issues or concerns during construction were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. We are very satisfied with our new home.

We are so pleased with our new year round home in The Lakes at Waterway Village! The craftsmanship is outstanding! Extremely professional approach, we were in contstant communication with our Project Manager throughout the build. Now that we're in our home we have a contact here in The Lakes that handles the minor followup work that is always needed. We highly recommend DiVosta homes without hesitation.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect since this is my first home I’ve ever had built but I have to say I’m extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship. They were minor issues along the way but my construction manager made sure he took care of all of them!

Brandon was our project manager and was extremely professional, provided updates and made sure our home was perfect. I would recommend buying a Divosta home.

Jesus has been very responsive to all issues that have come up. Some of the contractors could be more attentive to details. For example they replaced a window, but then cleaned only the outside of the window. Inside had fingerprints all over it. Lanai ceiling was obviously painted after the ceiling fixtures were installed. Paint on them, and if you replace them, you have to touch up the paint if it’s a smaller fixture. Overall very satisfied

We had an exceptional experience with Divosta. Bill our assigned Construction Manager is amazing and Debra in Sales is a Rock Star!!! We love our home.

Pleased with the construction and materials used for the most part however near the end, things got rushed to meet their goal of closing before the end of the year so the punch list was longer than expected. Interior painting could have been neater, many spatters and paint on switch plates, floor and counters. Communication with our construction manager was good but toward the end we felt he wasn’t giving the same attention to detail as he initially did when the project began. We are having a pool installed by a 3rd party shortly and our sales agent and construction manager were aware of that and given the layout, however there was poor communication between them and the project landscapers, causing plantings having to be moved at our expense before excavation can begin. ... His background in building puts him in a class by himself. He is more capable, knowledgeable and understanding than the other terrific people I encountered with my first Pulte/Centex home previously in South Carolina. He is extremely personable and attentive and knows the owner needs to be updated and advised regularly, which he did in my case. He makes sure everything is completed to perfection. He goes above and beyond. He puts the homeowner's first and wants to make sure they are extremely pleased with everything in their new homes.

Alex our Project Manager was on top of ongoing building discrepancies which gave us a feel of trust during our build. Andy, the gentleman who helps after the build, has been wonderful to deal with as well. He always responds to minor issues that have occurred during or soon after the build of our home. So we're grateful that we had Alex as our Project Manager and Andy as Divosta Warranty Manager. Also there is another gentleman I would like to acknowledge, his name is Ed and he also has been very helpful in making minor repairs to the home. Our experience with DiVost Homes went well. As with everyone else during these times; we experienced delays that were not expected. DiVosta has been great in keeping us up to date on expectations and were able to set a closing date and were able to ensure that we closed on said date. I would recommend anyone about to undergo building a new home to expect delays and have some patience.

The quality of the materials used and the responsiveness of the corporate staff in handling the closing deserves 5 stars. Thus far, the followup on warranty issues have been steady, but slow. We've been here 6 weeks and only 5 of the 10 items to be fixed have been fixed. There are 2 design/installation flaws: the hallway light needs 2 switches, not one; and all of the toilet paper holders should have been installed, at the very least, inline with the leading edge of the toilet itself so that you don't have to be an accomplished contortionist to twist your upper torso 90 degrees to get at the toilet paper. Meanwhile, the Whirlpool Washer and Dryer looks great from a design perspective. The top panels of both machines are shaped like the wings of a Boeing 737 Max. These machines look like they are aerodynamically ready to take off. Unfortunately, the only thing that takes off would be the laundry basket. When you put a basket on this wing-shaped airfoil, the basket will slide down the curvature and onto the ground. Thus, form and function have absolutely no practical relationship here whatsoever. Other than that, we love the space. And I suppose we will learn to deal with Whirlpool's impractical designs. ... More

Great quality home for the price. DiVosta was easy to work work. The Lakes at Waterside village is beautifully landscaped for a very serene atmosphere.

Excellent quality built. Assigned Field Manager was great, knowledgeable and had concerns fixed promptly. Options are a bit pricy and altering a purchased usually is not permitted.

Positive experience with the sales office.
