Need to check the neighbors in the area before making any decision. If think the housings in the area will not go up in the future, then don’t buy it

Price was high by the time the house was built. They added a higher shower for my tall son. Did not repair concrete that they pointed out in our walk through.

Decent house with an absentee sales team

I bought the house because I knew I liked it from looking at photos online and reviewing the price. When I arrived at the community, the people working the sales office tossed us keys to a few houses and told me to take a look. A couple of those houses were 75-100k outside of my stated price range so they either weren't listening to me or they didn't care. I also had trouble getting basic answers to questions from them during the closing process. They were nice enough people, but I don't understand what they actually do there or why they are being paid.

In purchased this home online from North Carolina,. The realtor, Rob was so very accommodating with my endless questions and very helpful telling me everything I needed to know in a timely fashion. Our biggest issues is getting things fixed in a timely manner. Seems like the building crews are just in a hurry to build these houses and do not take the time to do it right on certain things. From the first walk through to the last we kept pointing out stuff to be fixed and it never happened until we were just about fully moved in. Haven't heard back from the warranty company either on certain things. Our shower in the master bath has moved causing the shower door to not fully close. Mike the site manager did great and worked hard to get stuff fixed for us.

Initially we thought the entire experience had been great. However, upon moving in there were several things that caused us to lose some of the excitement. When the internet company came to establish service it was found that the outside coax home run wires were missing. When I spoke to Leeroy about the issue I was initially told, “that’s your home now you have to contact everyone directly.” While I understand this fact, it had only been a few days since closing and this was an issue that should have been noticed by the builder. We have waited five years for our Bloomfield home and are greatly disappointed with the lack of customer service from the community manager to the construction /project manager.We have been highly disappointed in the quality or lack of workmanship throughout the house. Home style looks great. With the detail of the home comes attention to the design details and craftsmanship. Some good materials were uses on the home but the install of items were less than great in some areas. Builder was willing to fix which was good.
