1.Not much quality in construction. Construction Manager accepted the issues after giving so much of explanation. Most of the teams giving same kind of response like "it will be like that and cant do anything or putting on the other team". Eg found so much of gap between baseboards and flooring. Flooring team said we are helpless due to the ground concrete was not good. 2. Moving forward need to increase the width of Main Entrance Door from 35 in to 37 in because the new modern refrigerators are unable to carry inside because these refrigerators are having a min of 36 in width. 3. Interest rate is higher (0.5-0.75%) in Lennar Mortgage when compare with outside market. ... More

Don't get me wrong. We are enjoying our new home; however, we are finding things that we missed. I've notified those who asked to be notified, and I've been acknowledged, but nobody's come to look at the issues. We measured the room sizes for furniture placement and found the 4th bedroom is smaller than the house plan drawing. It's 15 sq. ft. less than what's shown on that house drawing.

We had a number of delays during construction and ended up closing almost 3 months late. Our home is beautiful and worth was worth the wait. We do love the community we moved into. We do feel there were things that Lennar handled very poorly. Our home was not completely ready we feel to close. Weather this was the fault of Lennar or several of the utilities it is still unclear. None of the TV/Internet providers that service the community were prepared for the closing of our home and several others. It took 2 months and a lot of pressure to finally get our home connected. We feel that Lennar did not take the issue serious and did very little to help. We our home being a "smart" home, there were many of the features we we not able to use on day one. This I feel is a big problem for a builder that uses that as a big selling point. Lastly they talked during our acceptance walk that we shouldn't worry about small imperfections, we will have a 30 day walk to capture man small aesthetic items. We have yet to have that walk and we have been in our home for almost 2 months. Again i do love our home and would likely buy a Lennar home again, but there is definitely room for improvement. ... Easy, friendly process. Would recommend to family and friends.

Overall experience was good. Frustrating that outdated technology like landline telephone jacks could not be switched to Ethernet ports and insisted on installing Ring doorbell and sensors. Only dryer connection is gas - electric not an option and considered a customization. Overall quality is good- delivery date 90 days later than originally scheduled due to supply chain and labor issues

From the sales agent to the customer care rep, Lennar ensures that the buyer is totally satisfied with their home. The all is included is great, but should also include a washer/dryer and refrigerator...or at least have options to chose from so that they are installed when transfer of ownership occurs or an opted-out ability should the buyer want to provide their own. When moving long distance, a "complete" home would have been preferred.

Construction took almost 1 yr to finish, closing date moved 5 times. Closed with interest rate 2% higher than when contract was signed because of construction delays- by the time house is ready for move in interest rates are already too high. Moved in and some issues with house still unresolved. Still waiting for Lennar to resolve some issues and have not heard from them still.

I was happy with almost everything except for the communication in the middle of the build, there where many delays I feel could have been communicated in a Better time frame

Lennar staff was very ridged and not very friendly. Mail keys should be delivered upon close, the mail office can’t find ours and it has been over 6 weeks since we closed.

The experience with Lennar was great until I received keys. After that scheduling was like pulling teeth. Personnel not available and unapologetic. After two months I finally contacted the people who were to contact me for the first month’s walk through. I’ve emailed a few times to schedule for my first week off and it’s Sunday, June 5th and tomorrow starts my week off And there is no proposed schedule or communication. Last email was 5 days ago. Before that probably a couple of weeks with list discussed on walk through. Grass dead when moved in, still looks horrible. Bath fixtures pitted. Mirror in Master pitted. Paint and cement in front all over the place and home needs touch up paint. These are just a few of the items. Overall, it seems Lennar was interested in selling but not interested at all in servicing home and cleaning up messy, incomplete and damaged work where needed. ... More

Jennifer was the best with keeping us updated and answering our questions about our home from start to finish. The warranty team however is a different story. Trustworthiness, lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help with issues needing fixing on the first and final walk-through was very telling. The biggest issue was the damaged smaller condenser unit installed. We brought it to the attention of Rich in warranty. He just blew us off about it. He did the same when we told him of the brick/rocks that wasn’t placed on the outside pillars of our Lennar Juniper. He said we weren’t getting it. This caused me undue anxiety & I contacted Jennifer who said he was wrong and we were getting the bricks like the other Juniper models. This was the first incorrect info given from warranty guy Rich. The second final walk thru on closing day we showed Rich the damaged smaller condenser & he said smaller doesn’t mean it’s not a good efficient condenser. We showed him the dent & he just blew us off. We also showed him three spots on the main family room wall that looked like it was patched up with different color paint without any texturing. He said just to put a large TV in front of it. What kind of professional response is that say to a customer spending over $555K on a new Lennar home? We didn’t want to deal with him after this. Lennar then assigned us to Scott. He said they would replace the condenser with the SAME SMALL condenser. We are questioning this as all the other homes after us, Tule, Pinion, Juniper ALL have LARGER condensers. We asked Scott to move our concerns up the ladder and we received a call from Kelly. He said he would evaluate the condenser and size or our home & get back to us. That has been over 3 weeks ago. We did NOT even get our 30 day walk thru. Needless to say, our condenser has still not been replaced and our wall still needs to be fixed. This whole situation has disappointed our buying this home from Lennar. As a disabled Veteran it has been very disheartening for my me and my wife receiving this type or treatment and lack of customer service, help and action. ... More

Communication response time and fixing issues is a bit lacking and I understand that there is an employee shortage everywhere but it should not take as long as it is taking to fix the issues I pointed out before closing and now rolling over to 30 day review when new homes are being built and being closed on my street. If those new homes are able to get their materials in, I don’t see why my home can’t also get the materials in as well. The home is great, I just would like a better turnaround time fixing my issues so I can fully enjoy my new home

The home is nice with the exception of the issues Horrible experience being told a few days before that we no longer qualify. We have moved in, and even though Lennar may fill the issues in the house are minor, but for the price we are paying it becomes more of an inconvenience because now I lose pay due to the service time schedules, virtual etc. are usually before I get off work, so I lose more money due to timing. I appreciate the courteous Lennar group, Jen, Jenni, Jodi, Julie, Rich. Even though their kindness did not help the experience, it didn’t made it worse speaking with kind respectful people. It started with Jennifer, she's the best ! Our home was suppose to have been built by Nov 2021. Due to the supply shortage. It was built by 3/31/2022. They kept us up to date about all the delays. It was out of there hands. Our home was built beautifully minus little fixes here and there. Overall, they did a great job. Home also came with things at no cost that we would have paid for with other builders.

Quantity surpasses quality with this build

The workmanship was essentially non-existent. The initial walk through was embarrassing for the Lennar employee. The number of serious issues were many. A hole in the shower stall, island counter top improperly placed and crooked, windows that wouldn't open/close properly, vinyl flooring that had to be replaced, damaged appliances, sloppy trim painting etc. Some issues have been resolved after an Regional Vice President got involved. Discussion with our immediate neighbors indicate all had quality issues. We understand the impact of the pandemic, worker issues and material delays, but the price remained constant and we were simply expected to accept poor quality. Our consultant was great, keeping us up to date on progress, construction manager very timely, Lennar Mortgage was great to work with.

Lowest bid, poor workmanship, not the same Lennar.

builder don't have options. To accommodate additional work to modify certain additions before finishing final work like(ex lighting , hose bibs, garage paint finishes, electrical modification for security / lighting)

The home itself was a positive and exciting experience. The staff at the homesite were sweet and helpful. However, supporting Lennar lending makes sense as it is in the name. The worst part is it seems as if the loan officers and their manager staff suck that positive experience out from you. From hiding fees to show a lower interest rate when I specifically state I do not want to pay any points, to being charged extra anyway as it was locked in. Next requesting to switch loan officers due to this huge discrepancy and unfortunately becoming just another loan to close and they make their cushioned commission truly made the experience the worst I have ever had. ... The buying process was smooth. The after we bought it oart has been a joke. No shows for fixes. Things not being completed when they were supposed. Horrible communication.
