1.Not much quality in construction. Construction Manager accepted the issues after giving so much of explanation. Most of the teams giving same kind of response like "it will be like that and cant do anything or putting on the other team". Eg found so much of gap between baseboards and flooring. Flooring team said we are helpless due to the ground concrete was not good. 2. Moving forward need to increase the width of Main Entrance Door from 35 in to 37 in because the new modern refrigerators are unable to carry inside because these refrigerators are having a min of 36 in width. 3. ...

Don't get me wrong. We are enjoying our new home; however, we are finding things that we missed. I've notified those who asked to be notified, and I've been acknowledged, but nobody's come to look at the issues. We measured the room sizes for furniture placement and found the 4th bedroom is smaller than the house plan drawing. It's 15 sq. ft. less than what's shown on that house drawing.

We had a number of delays during construction and ended up closing almost 3 months late. Our home is beautiful and worth was worth the wait. We do love the community we moved into. We do feel there were things that Lennar handled very poorly. Our home was not completely ready we feel to close. Weather this was the fault of Lennar or several of the utilities it is still unclear. Overall experience was good. Frustrating that outdated technology like landline telephone jacks could not be switched to Ethernet ports and insisted on installing Ring doorbell and sensors. Only dryer connection is gas - electric not an option and considered a customization. Overall quality is good- delivery date 90 days later than originally scheduled due to supply chain and labor issues

From the sales agent to the customer care rep, Lennar ensures that the buyer is totally satisfied with their home. The all is included is great, but should also include a washer/dryer and refrigerator...or at least have options to chose from so that they are installed when transfer of ownership occurs or an opted-out ability should the buyer want to provide their own. When moving long distance, a "complete" home would have been preferred.

Construction took almost 1 yr to finish, closing date moved 5 times. Closed with interest rate 2% higher than when contract was signed because of construction delays- by the time house is ready for move in interest rates are already too high. Moved in and some issues with house still unresolved. Still waiting for Lennar to resolve some issues and have not heard from them still.

Lennar staff was very ridged and not very friendly. Mail keys should be delivered upon close, the mail office can’t find ours and it has been over 6 weeks since we closed.

The experience with Lennar was great until I received keys. After that scheduling was like pulling teeth. Personnel not available and unapologetic. After two months I finally contacted the people who were to contact me for the first month’s walk through. I’ve emailed a few times to schedule for my first week off and it’s Sunday, June 5th and tomorrow starts my week off And there is no proposed schedule or communication. Last email was 5 days ago. Jennifer was the best with keeping us updated and answering our questions about our home from start to finish. The warranty team however is a different story. Trustworthiness, lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help with issues needing fixing on the first and final walk-through was very telling. The biggest issue was the damaged smaller condenser unit installed. We brought it to the attention of Rich in warranty. He just blew us off about it. Communication response time and fixing issues is a bit lacking and I understand that there is an employee shortage everywhere but it should not take as long as it is taking to fix the issues I pointed out before closing and now rolling over to 30 day review when new homes are being built and being closed on my street. If those new homes are able to get their materials in, I don’t see why my home can’t also get the materials in as well. The home is great, I just would like a better turnaround time fixing my issues so I can fully enjoy my new home

The home is nice with the exception of the issues Horrible experience being told a few days before that we no longer qualify. We have moved in, and even though Lennar may fill the issues in the house are minor, but for the price we are paying it becomes more of an inconvenience because now I lose pay due to the service time schedules, virtual etc. are usually before I get off work, so I lose more money due to timing. It started with Jennifer, she's the best ! Our home was suppose to have been built by Nov 2021. Due to the supply shortage. It was built by 3/31/2022. They kept us up to date about all the delays. It was out of there hands. Our home was built beautifully minus little fixes here and there. Overall, they did a great job. Home also came with things at no cost that we would have paid for with other builders.

The workmanship was essentially non-existent. The initial walk through was embarrassing for the Lennar employee. The number of serious issues were many. A hole in the shower stall, island counter top improperly placed and crooked, windows that wouldn't open/close properly, vinyl flooring that had to be replaced, damaged appliances, sloppy trim painting etc. Some issues have been resolved after an Regional Vice President got involved. The home itself was a positive and exciting experience. The staff at the homesite were sweet and helpful. However, supporting Lennar lending makes sense as it is in the name. The worst part is it seems as if the loan officers and their manager staff suck that positive experience out from you. From hiding fees to show a lower interest rate when I specifically state I do not want to pay any points, to being charged extra anyway as it was locked in.
