Overall a good experience. The house was suppose to be clean upon delivery. While it looked clean there were several issues. The tile floors had numerous splotches of grout and silicone in every room. The bath tubs had rough surfaces and scratches from not being covered during the construction process. Apparently the cleaning crew did not do a complete and professional job. I am sure Lennar will make this right, but, if they are doing their job, you shouldn’t have to deal with it in the first place. There are also some paint issues and weather stripping problems. This will be my third time buying a home and this is by far is one of the exceptional home builders out there. Definitely recommend to family and friends if they are in the market to purchasing a home.

My first morning in the house I took a shower and it didn’t drain. They cut a hole in the ceiling over my kitchen sink to clear the drain it took 3 weeks to get patched. The front door, you could see light and feel air coming thru. It was worked on and 2 weeks later I can see light again. It looks like the door is bowed. Things identify in the walk thru didn’t get fixed. I’m a skilled tradesmen I can fix these things, but with a bran new home I didn’t expect to have to.

We liked the "everything's included" plan. It helped us budget for the home we wanted with no surprises. We were disappointed by the interior paint quality, however (thinly applied and not durable or cleanable). We were told there was a paint shortage, but now we will have to repaint much sooner than we had hoped.

It’s been a roller coaster ride since we first sat down with the Lennar sales person. Lots of attitude, miscommunication, and mistakes. It wasn’t until we contacted the Lennar Division President that we got some real answers and satisfaction. Our first customer service “after the sale” person was lame. We didn’t get a day of possession celebration or gift and he told us that the foundation and walls being out of square was “normal” and that’s how Lennar builds homes. We had a great experience with the staff working in our community. Unforgivably those in management including Dustin (VP of Reno) and Dave (construction manager) only care about the bottom line and not people.

Don't get me wrong. We are enjoying our new home; however, we are finding things that we missed. I've notified those who asked to be notified, and I've been acknowledged, but nobody's come to look at the issues. We measured the room sizes for furniture placement and found the 4th bedroom is smaller than the house plan drawing. It's 15 sq. ft. less than what's shown on that house drawing.

Overall experience was good. Frustrating that outdated technology like landline telephone jacks could not be switched to Ethernet ports and insisted on installing Ring doorbell and sensors. Only dryer connection is gas - electric not an option and considered a customization. Overall quality is good- delivery date 90 days later than originally scheduled due to supply chain and labor issues

Lack of attention to the quality of work performed by the vendors/sub-contractors. Poor cabinet installation, poor floor installation. Mediocre painters, paint on floor had to be cleaned off. Move-in cleaning crew didn't clean well.

Jennifer was fantastic. Always there to help us. She advocated on our behalf more than once. We had a terrible experience with the dishwasher. It never worked properly and had to finally 6 weeks later be replaced. I felt Rich did not help as much as he should have. I did not want to blow up before I got the result I needed. Customer Care was not very helpful

Poor quality of finish work and materials. Carpet seams show and nap goes in opposite direction. Tack strip nails come up through carpet( don't walk bare foot). Cabinet quality very poor and counters had 1/2" gaps at cabinets. Repairs were just cover-up, not repair.

Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. We have a leaky faucet that has been reported 5 times or more. Need an important person to contact us. Our out side electrical panel needs replaced. All items reported since original report.

The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. Communication response time and fixing issues is a bit lacking and I understand that there is an employee shortage everywhere but it should not take as long as it is taking to fix the issues I pointed out before closing and now rolling over to 30 day review when new homes are being built and being closed on my street. If those new homes are able to get their materials in, I don’t see why my home can’t also get the materials in as well. The home is great, I just would like a better turnaround time fixing my issues so I can fully enjoy my new home
