Had purchased a spec house in Arbor Oaks MI. Due to change of circumstances decide to build a larger model in the same community. Process was professional,transparent and really easy from sales through construction to close. Was able to customize my home for the family. Did a pre close inspection… no issues. I’m very satisfied with the people and processes at Pulte

Honestly could not say one bad thing about our experience. I was always so excited for Fridays because of the weekly updates. It was so cool being able to be notified on every step of the process. Designing our dream house and moving in still feels so surreal. Pulte you have been wonderful. Oh and let’s not forget how amazing both CM and entire staff were.

Our experience with buying home at Arbor Oaks was super positive from the first encounter with Carolyn. Our building managers Derek and Shawn were super responsive as well. We got updates with pictures every Friday. Closing was super easy as well. We truly enjoyed our experience and would recommend building with Pulte to anyone

We had an exceptional experience working with Derek from Pulte Builders. Our home was completed ahead of schedule, which pleasantly surprised us. Derek's communication throughout the building process was outstanding. We appreciated the regular progress photos that kept us informed and excited about the developments. Any issues that arose with the home were swiftly and efficiently resolved by Derek. We're delighted with our new home and grateful for Derek's dedication and excellent service.

The finish work is pretty horrendous, even after the last two walk arounds. Dents, scratches, holes, cracks, paint drippings, mud drippings (not sanded yet painted over) in all the walls throughout the home, trim pieces damaged, sprinkler system damage, entry doors paint chipped, nails and debris left on roof, caulk grout cracking in bathrooms and window edges and kitchen, and more. Basically zero attention to detail. One can only hope that the rest of the work inside the walls during rough/plumbing/electrical was done by workers which take a lot more pride in the work they do.

Little changes that you want and are willing to pay for will not not be allowed and must be done after closing- example install a light you purchased- add shelving in closet- add water drops in basement- paint the inside of garage- add a deck. Probably industry wide but receptacles for lights and plugs seem cheap and could. use an upgrade. House delivered on time and with minor fix items that were readily corrected- Pulte employees were helpful and easy to work with - over a good experience and product - would recommend

We love the house location and design. The problem we have with Pulte is that it is the most unethical company I have ever done business with. If we brought up any issues during construction we were always told that is the way it's supposed to be. We were lied to repeatedly during the construction process. If you truly cared about my opinion I believe you should have listened during the construction process.

The purchase process with Carolyn was great. Derek, the construction supervisor was amazing and kept us informed all through the build process. His responses to issues found by an independent inspector was great. The selection of upgrades went smoothly, though the choices were limited and the cost for what was selected was high, sometimes exceeding purchasing the items from retail. The air conditioner and air handler are not sized properly for the upgraded square footage, being sized for the base model of the home. The furnace is also not sized properly. We experienced excessive heat on the ...

The quality of the construction did not meet my expectations, and I found it disappointing that the reported issues were not addressed in a timely manner.
