The Pulte employees, Marissa and Adam, we worked with were very responsive to our questions and needs. It was a pleasure to work with them. This was the best experience compared to two other homes we’ve built.

The seller, Marrissa and the building manager Adam were very helpful and made my buying experience very pleasant.

This is our first home we bought and the experience was great. The construction manager took care of any minor cosmetic fixes and issues very promptly and efficiently as and when we reported. Due to supply-demand issue across the country, some of the parts were missing when we moved in but the construction team was on top of the list and scheduled the services as and when parts became available for the installation.

The builders at Pulte homes have great quality of craftsmanship, they are honest, they care about their home buyers, and they respond to any issues as soon as possible. They are very professional when it comes to explaining the process of building the house from the initial process of the house to the design center meeting, the pre-drywall meeting, the celebration meeting, and the final closing.

This was my second home building experience with Pulte Homes. They have made vast improvements in the customer experience over the last 20 years. I LOVE my new house! All of the team members (from the sales representative to the construction team) have been very professional. The pandemic created supply chain issues which delayed the scheduled closing date. The whole experience was great beginning to end. There were some delays on the lending side, but it was handled very quickly and professionally. The biggest critique I have with the home is placement of light switches and a few outlets for convenience. Outside of that, the workmanship method my standards, and the materials used in construction were better than my last home with a different builder!

We are Happy with our new home with just minor details. My kitchen is Beautiful we’ve just been here for a month and had minor issues that will report to contractor

The experience started with the sales agent Caroline. She was friendly, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. We particularly liked that we could sit with her and get immediate feedback on the cost of each option we chose. Choosing the finishes in their display center was also a great experience. We could see and touch samples of all the options and again got immediate feedback on cost. During the build we had almost weekly updates on progress. We had opportunities to meet both construction managers. The final finishes were exactly what we had hoped. Derek was very helpful in the final walk thru and was very responsive. We really want to thank Shaun, Derek, Marissa and the team for making the building of our first home a breeze. We had no idea about what the process would entail and the building process with Pulte was so straightforward that we knew exactly what each next step was. More importantly, we felt like we were in good hands every step of the way and the team was responsive to any concerns or questions we had even after closing.

The whole experience was easy and smooth. We really enjoyed working with our sales consultant CJ and our construction manager, Justin. They were both very helpful and warm :) Pulte made it easy even after we got the house by having structure for setting up internet and smart home apps.

Build quality is excellent and the weekly update from construction manager Shawn was great.

Carolyn did a great job keeping us posted on each step and what to expect next. Whitney was very helpful in helping us pick cabinets, tiles, flooring, lights ETC. Derek the construction manager gave weekly updates on the construction progress with pictures.

Jose (Sales representative) is great. He explain things in detail and always available to answer any questions we had. Shaun ( construction manager) is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Post-sales service is just as good as pre-sales service. That’s unique in my experience.

Christina and Justin met my expectations. They both take much pride in doing their best to provide the best experience for me.

We finally moved into the house a little over a month ago. Overall, we enjoyed the process and I would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, good-quality house. This was the first house that we build and we were not privy to all the detailed decisions we have to make immediately. Mindy helped with the sale and she was patient and helpful and didn't mind our very basic questions. Post-sale, Davor, Matt, and Luke did an excellent job keeping us aware of how our house was coming along. The house has nice features and some quirks. However, Matt was outstanding in helping us fix most of the issues we pointed out in our punch list. He also checked in periodically with us to ensure the items were taken care of or what the update on any item was.
