I had an incredibly awful experience with the customer service of Lennar. The company did not work in a timely fashion for necessary community approvals, but did not disclose this until the evening prior to closing. Days with an unknown closing date followed with Lennar completely lacking in communication, concern that my household goods were already on their way from across the country, and telling me on multiple occasions that I should be calling the government agency to get the approval faster. Be very careful when dealing with Lennar. Get everything in writing, do not believe verbal promises and fast talking "construction managers" who disappear once you have signed any document. When following up on pending items, they simply ignore you, better yet, tell you "that's cosmetic", or to make a warranty claim. However, warranty companies do not fix/repair things that the builder should have completed as promised. I am very disappointed with lennar employees who showed house material and options to purchase my home those were not explained clearly.Also lennar mortgage is worst lender I ever go with.I wouldn’t recommend lennar to my friends for buying their house.

I was sold one thing the day of the contract and delivered another on closing day. Walls and ceiling look like waves. Unfinished walls and poor customer service.over 2 months after closing no solutions or repairs.

I never like making a post unless I am asked. I am NOT happy with the quality of my home - unfortunately it was the best deal in town. For >460k I expect more, I hate the following: small garage, small streets, inadequate storage and parking, and horrible cell /Internet Verizon coverage. I've been living in my home for <90 days and I have huge cracks in the walls - can lights popping out. Signed House 4 Sale when the economy gets better.

I understand the labor and material shortage due to COVID but want get the new home completed even with delay. However, the new home has many items not finished such as the garage door. We have been forced to accept new house with many uncompleted things and defects. We have given Lennar construction supervisor a list of things need be improved but has nothing done so far.

I’m a first-time homeowner. What should have been the best day of my life was anything but! Lennar won’t work with its customers to accommodate their work schedules. I not only MISSED my closing but I also received NO home orientation and as a result know absolutely nothing about my house. If I could do it all over again I would never have bought a home from Lennar.

I never received a New Home Orientation. I never received a pre drywall orientation. The property was poorly constructed! Each day I’m discovering new issues and needed repairs in the house. I was so excited about purchasing a brand new home, which turned out to be a huge disappointment!

We had many discussions about the floor not being level because of flooring joist that were over cut and not supported properly. We have kitchen cabinets that don’t work and after submitting repair order they show up with no parts and say put another request in. Main bathroom above garage is not insulated. Huge temperature difference between the first floor and second. All concerns that were pointed out during construction and after with no corrective actions planned.

Please do not EVER purchase a home with Lennar, the customer service is awful. They do no reply to request. The home are rushed and have so many errors. The materials are cheap and the quality of the home is poor. Im looking to sale my home ASAP and build elsewhere with another builder.

This was a terrible experience and the home was not built well. Still dealing with issues. I would not recommend this builder at all. The quality of work, lack of follow-up for the builders and lack of professionalism/courtesy of Lennar Title.

Was Not a Warm Welcome, treat like I was not a person or my wife as if you don’t care. Everyone room was decorated but we was put in a plain room with the notary and had to yell to Lennar person across from the room if we need questions answered so unprofessional all the way even when key was put on table not out hand so wrong in so many way not even a picture like the other people was doing and ringing a bell . Plus the Townhouse was not clean did not do what we ask on list so rude.

We had so many issues but didn’t get fix at all or on time I would never recommend friends to buy Lennar home because of all cheap material and price which is not worth it compare to houses we bought previously. Still waiting for garage door to be changed , loft to get fixed , front door key not working , cheap flooring to get fixed and so many other issues.

Don’t purchase a new house because they put them up too fast with many errors. The homes are not sealed and protected from outside rodents. Let wide open while being built and rodents nest in these new home and the builders deny resolving the issue.
