The process was very smooth. From Indy at the model home to Morgan at the title company.All warranty work was taken care of in a very timely manner. Home is beautiful, after two months of living here we have been pleased over all. We have come to realize that the house has a few issues and that normal with any new build. The home builder and main agent have been great to work with and have quickly resolved any issues that come up. I will say the only regret is the paint choice, if you breath on the walls it leaves a mark. Unacceptable of what we pay for these houses. So far the home has been great and other than some fit and finish issues, a gas leak, and lack of yard drainage, we have had no significant issues so far (yes that's sarcasm - but this isn't strictly a Bloomfield issue and what matters to me is how they handle it). The overall process with Bloomfield has been and was great. Value was okay for the home but I would recommend that the driveways for some homes be a little wider. There have been a few minor issues but the response time has been great with these.

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges. Overall the issues are on the minor side and I would not consider Bloomfield to be a top tier builder. They feel like a mid tier above the likes of Dr Horton and Lennar. Our new home was built without our choices of colors, materials, items new homes can come with. The over all look, floor plan, designs, amenities were what we liked. The neighborhood is peaceful! The salesperson (Rhonda & Rob) were super nice throughout. The builder Jeremy has also been nice with handling some of the after closing issues. I think the selected vendors could be more detailed.

Our overall experience with Bloomfield Homes was great! This was our first time building a home and Scott & Chad were awesome and continue to be. Their commutation was awesome. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were available via email, text and phone calls whenever we needed to reach them.
