Overall good experience buying home in Texas, Project manager was very good explaining and response.

Our house was built in a timely fashion, we were kept in the loop by our Engineer Jordan who definitely addressed and was able to fix many issues that we had found. As we have been in the home, we have found small issues, such as only one screw in a door handle instead of 2, 2 screws in a door hinge instead of 3, things like this. Nothing major. If I had to offer one piece of advice it would be to make sure clients are offered all of the upgrades available to them in a particular model and then let them turn them down, as there were other options we were not aware of that we probably would have opted for. It is my second home with bloomfield. Very supportive sales team and building engineers. Very trustworthy team. I like to give 5 star, but after moving into the home we have realized the current home is build with less quality materials and accessories compare to previous home. My previous home was $100K less than this home, but still we felt other one was good with quality.

From the get go David made our experience wonderful. He was authentic and honest with everything he told us and helped us out with any first time questions we had. He one of a kind. The material selection meeting is a an eye opener as all the good stuff is extra but expected. The building process was a little different because they let you know that everything has to be drawn per plan but when confronted that an area was not built per the plan they had an excuse or push backed. In the end somethings were picked up and other were not. Overall a good experience but could have been great.

Mrs. Sonia, Miss Pat and Mr. Dean were awesome to work with during and after my home purchase. The only issue I ran into was poor paint quality. After leaving painter's tape during our walkthrough for missed areas, once we moved in, there were still a lot of areas needed painted.

Overall we had good experience. I want to point out areas where there are shortcomings 1) We got different granite than what we choose. We choose moon white every where. We got moon white near stove but all other place its not moon white. We could have proved it different but that would have delayed closing. I think Bloomfield ordered correct stone but vendor didn’t delivered right one. 2) House was not cleaned properly and finishing touches were not perfect. There are paint stains over fan and silicon sealant was on basin and drains. 3) Garage door is not properly installed. Backyard fence has panel broken and paint missing on roof siding. I have reported issue 2 months ago but haven’t been fixed yet. 4) Water heater gas inlet was loose and we had gas leak. It was fixed promptly. We were lucky that it didn’t cause any major harm. 5) Roof leak we noticed today. Hope it get fixed asap. ... More

Jesse and Ryan were very helpful and responsive. This is the second home that I am purchasing in paloma creek in 6 months and both experiences have been great!

The overall home buying experience was great, but I had to pitch in at the last couple weeks in order to ensure fine details are properly completed. I would have appreciated much if this work had been completed few days before closing but unfortunately it had to drag until the day just before closing.

Overall, a really good experience. I enjoyed working with everyone during the process.

I love the way my garage door was situated, not facing the road. The design of the building is awesome. Unfortunately, the back door security was not put into consideration as it has a glass door. Overall, the building has a quality material with modern design and is awesome to live.

Bloomfield was awesome here in Midlothian. The helpful and compassionate people are so delightful. Emma, Mr. Scott, and Mr. Chad where outstanding and even though we are all moved in, they stop by and give us the occasional wave and ask how everything is going.

The homes are pretty well built. I’ve already had workers here doing upgrades and they said it was well built as well. However, absolutely no attention was paid to the outside when I comes to grading and drainage. Water sits stagnant on both sides of the houses. I don’t know what to do to get it addressed but I’ll keep trying. Additionally when I comes to coordinating with outside partners like cable, power trash and even the HOA I have never seen such incompetence. The HOA said they don’t have any way of giving access to the amenities unless we go in during business hours so someone can let us in. Almost 2 months of living here we just got trash can and the internet is still on all of our wish lists which for a lot of us is kind of a big deal since we work from home so we can pay our mortgages. You wouldn’t build houses without power and water so why would you build them without Internet or without having all the other necessities aligned. ... More
