Bloomfield provides features as their base to what other home builders consider upgrades. The quality of materials used is outstanding and the choices are extensive. My wife and visited almost every builder surrounding Dallas/Ft. Worth and Bloomfield by far was the best value for your dollar. We were impressed with the quality of Bloomfield Homes the first time we looked at one. There are many extra touches included that other builders don’t provide. The overall process was great and they were willing to work with us when we were met with struggles. They were also willing to incorporate most of our requests and ideas into our home. The only thing that was less impressive was that there were not options on lighting inside or outside the home. We love our home!

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges.
