I like the idea of providing a high level of service and product. We are please with the options that was available to us and the accuracy that went into installing the upgrades. I was very impressed with the quality of the materials, workmanship, and most of all, how helpful and caring the sales (Keri), design (Rose), and construction (Jim) personnel were throughout the entire process! It was such a formally run process with such a professional team. It really made me feel special as a customer and that I was getting a true custom house! I hadn't heard of WestBay prior to buying our house and I was skeptical but I can truly say that WestBay is the best builder I've ever worked with and I think best builder in Tampa Bay for the money!

Building a home during a pandemic when you live in another state might seem daunting but it actually turned out to be a great experience. From the start our sales representative, Jeremiah, was responsive and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Our construction manager, Scott, kept us in the loop and we even had several video conferences so we could see the progression. Bottom line: The house has exceeded our expectations. However, West Bay can improve their design on home with two car garages by widening the driveway to allow more comfortable access to owners vehicle. In short, the driveways for two car garages are too narrow. We literally have to walk thru our landscaped bushes to get inside our vehicles.

Phenomenal process from start to finish. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our Bayshore I home with lots of open space in our BEAUTIFUL Grandroom. Every area and inch of our home we love and cherish. My wife and I loved the amount of available customization and layouts offered by Homes by Westbay. We were originally going to buy land and build a custom home. We had already drafted the design of the home but had trouble finding the right lot.
