The house is full of flaws and uneven or misaligned floors and walls. HVAC unit makes too much noise. Materials used are of low quality and durability. Overall, very poor workmanship.

Lennar is a quality builder at fair market prices. No bells and whistles and certainly not custom! Quality for the price, if you want "Estate" level building shop elsewhere.

Had only positive experiences with everyone every step of the way.

Your survey arrived a little before ‪4:30‬ this morning, and shortly AFTER the Lennar contracted cement crew working on the lots behind our house. They were here ‪at 4:20 am‬. I know these are extraordinary times we are living in, however, I don’t believe those circumstances warrant a pre-dawn work site start with loud equipment and lights shining into our home. Nor does it excuse the complete lack of follow-up communication from Lennar regarding our ongoing defective lighting, untethered toilet, & two missed appointments to correct our warranty issues. Unless of course this survey is indeed that promised communication. Working with the sales office was great. We have no issues with the actual transaction. However, the quality of the home we purchased, and lack of subsequent customer service from the warranty side of Lennar’s business have left me so dissatisfied, I could never recommend Lennar to another home buyer at this point. ... From start to finish the process was handled very smoothly. Our sales advisor Doug kept us informed throughout the journey. Doug was instrumental in getting us in our home. Along the way Eagle Mortgage paved the way for great financial assistance through the whole process. Vince and Joe ensure issues are handled in quick order. Their was completeness to the process. Lennar was extremely helpful, fast and Lennar does quality work. All interactions with sales people, construction workers, etc., was always very pleasant as well as very informative. Any questions were answered and taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Lennar!

The home we purchased was ready to move in. The upgrades and the neighborhood was the tipping point for us to buy it. The sales persons were kind and very informative of the features in the home.

We love the layout of the home which is why we picked it. The Workmanship is poor. We have paint runs down the banister, all across the baseboards, the subfloor wasn't installed properly in the bathroom creating tile cracks. Had that fixed and now the grout is cracked. It takes forever for someone to come out and fix anything. The outside cleaning that was supposed to be completed in November had yet to be done and it is currently March. The paint job is horrible! The banister received 1 coat, the wood is showing through, there is building dust painted into the banister. Its horrible. For a brand new house the quality it the worst. Our 20 year old home was built and had better quality than our new house. ... More

Everyone we worked with at Lennar was great to work with and super responsive to any questions or issues we had during the process. Now that we are living in our new home we are watching the building of the new homes on the street behind us and it is amazing to see the precision of the construction process. We are very happy with our Lennar home.

Since I bought the house I have had an infinite number of problems with the A / C, the heater, the gas, the quality of the cupboard material, the roof is opening everywhere, the patio is flooded every time it rains and many things more the truth if someone had told me that I was going to fight with all this I would have bought an old house ..

We love our home. We love the Next-Gen aspect. However, we have had electrical issues, cabinet doors instead of being replaced when drilled wrong, painted over and flipped around. Backyard littered with trash...not just construction materials you would expect. Interior floor a mess when we moved in with adhesive left on it. Some of the outlets look like they are puckered out of the wall. I tired of typing things...

The whole process was very easy and the home is beautiful. The employees of Lennar we worked with were, professional and always willing to answer questions. The construction manager Frank was amazing and kept us informed on build since we were out of town and even sent pictures to us. Any minor fixes that were necessary were completed in a timely manner. Very Happy with the quality of the work and love our new home.

Easy, great experience

Lisa and Steph are the best. They really work hard to make sure you get the home you wanted. The Construction Management Team is a wonderful part of that team helping in that regard as well. Most residential contractors these days could care less what you end up with after you sign the contract. We personally don’t feel that is the case with Team Gold Canyon Lennar, as that hasn’t been our experience with them to this point. They truly are wonderful! D & M
