Lennar does not pay attention to details - seems more like mass productionLennar seems to focus less on details, giving the impression that their homes are produced in mass quantities.

Had difficulty signing in to Lennar trak. Tried half a dozen times.

Theresa our sales consultant was amazing through the whole process! Theresa was amazing to work with!!! However, our loan officer Ashley with Lennar Mortage made a MAJOR financial mistake that caused a huge financial burden on us. When we talked to Kristi about this in Theresa's absence since it was her day off she stated "well do you just want to cancel" instead of being sympathetic of the situation and try to rectify the issue. That was poor customer service on her part. However, we raised the lennar mortage issue with Theresa and she helped us get somewhat of a resolution. I still feel like Lennar Mortgage could have done better with a resolution. What they did was still not good enough and did not justify the financial burden it did to us. I had issues with the entire buying process except titling and the final walkthrough with Scott and Saul. My sales rep CC was my least favorite person with this deal luckily I had my own realtors on my side to oversee her. The best part of this ordeal is Scott from the construction team always available for a call or to help in the house even after the sale. This guy is a true asset to the Lennar team. The title team another great asset to Lennar. However your sales and sales support throughout the process to include your finance people were absolutely horrible. Luckily my financial people caught a huge mistake in the financing of this home and we switch gears and made it happen. Some of the 30-day corrections took extra effort to fix. Some of the overhead fixtures do not lend themselves to installing a fan. The wiring is buried too deep behind junction box to access. The smart home features all require separate apps. They are NOT interoperable.

We felt fortunate to be drawn in the lottery. Many people were not. Build took two. Oaths longer than expected, but with Covid we were not surprised. Disappointed with the quality. On closing day they were still doing last minute items. A lot of items had to be put on a punch list! We were told at our one week prior to close that the house would be pristine. It wasn’t! Paint many spots on floor. Window blinds missing, paint touchups not done. Door trim missing in areas. Grout smears everywhere on bathroom kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles. It took about three months for most issues to be resolved. Again, understanding that most new home builders seem to be going through the same labor and material shortages that Lennar faced. ... More

The house is full of flaws and uneven or misaligned floors and walls. HVAC unit makes too much noise. Materials used are of low quality and durability. Overall, very poor workmanship.

We love our home. We love the Next-Gen aspect. However, we have had electrical issues, cabinet doors instead of being replaced when drilled wrong, painted over and flipped around. Backyard littered with trash...not just construction materials you would expect. Interior floor a mess when we moved in with adhesive left on it. Some of the outlets look like they are puckered out of the wall. I tired of typing things...

The homes are nice but quality and attention to detail is not great. The paint on the outside of the homes is so poor quality it already looks like they needs to be re-painted. In a few years the neighborhood won't look good if homeowners don't paint. The builder could at least put gravel down the walk way so it is not mud, which is causing homeowners to leave their garbage cans in the front yard. The common areas are not maintained, weeds over a foot tall in the parks and greenbelts. There are a lot of little things that add up to a lot of aggravation.

It’s been extremely difficult to schedule after sale repairs and there appears to be a complete lack of communication on the Lennar team.

Lennar stands by their homes. I had some issues yet they resolved them. It took a lot longer than I wanted yet it’s done now and I love my home

The home is alright but not great. If you want to mix and match you can forget that idea. Lennar has specific color schemes you can choose from, but you cannot take an item of a specific color scheme and then a different item from another color scheme and combine them to create a color scheme that suits your individual needs. The interior paint color of home will be white and only white. For the majority of your home it will be a flat white that cannot be cleaned. If you try and clean it, the paint comes off the walls. In the "wet areas" it is semi gloss white. So when you walk through the models and see two-tone paint that is just an illusion, it is not an option. The painters rush through the job, we are still scraping paint off of the floors. When we first moved it we thought the house looked great, but after living in it for a few months, we are starting to see things that look like they just rushed through it so the could get onto the next one. ... Cheap materials used for the construction, very bad responsiveness to the issues.

Decent construction overall for the price. Instead of spending money on "smart home" items use dollars for better materials,better trim workers, 16" centers on studs instead of 24". Use a better company than Interior Logic for important work. I was shown a model home that mine was supposed to look like with separate master vanities,separate closets, but then when I moved in I had none of those. Worst trim carpenter work I have ever seen. Dirt and sand painted right over on base trim.

Frustrated with response to issues. Took two weeks to get damage from leak fixed. Having some plumbing issues and dishwasher hits stove door when opened. Love the location

Worst, low grade construction.

Overall buying experience was good, people were very nice and professional. Customer service is very slow at getting things done and some things that were really important to get replaced I’ve been denied. Not very happy about that when I haven’t even been in my house for 30 days yet. Like the community, everyone is friendly and nice.

As title what I mentioned

My Lennar experience was mixed. I love the house and community but Lennar didn’t make the process easy. I made the deal last October when the lot was being graded. It took Lennar almost 8 months to complete the house and I could never get a straight answer about the work schedule. The main problem is that Lennar uses the old “good cop” / “bad cop” approach to customer service (I’ve changed the names of all Lennar staff). There were two sales guys involved, I’ll call Joe and Moe. Joe is a genial frat boy type while Moe is his dour counterpart. Joe handed me off to Moe whenever a complicated issue came up, and then would pop up again like a Hobbit. There were two construction managers Harry and Larry. Same drill: Harry was the crusty and genial guy in pickup truck and Larry the enforcer. There was a serious “mistake” made in that inferior cabinets were installed, which I discovered six weeks before closing. It took until closing to resolve and it was never clear if this was an honest mistake or an intentional deceit. I ended up having to accept lower grade cabinets than I paid for, due to closing. After closing, I got Baby Bill, a young guy with a bad attitude and eventually the area construction manager, Smiling Will. There’re several unresolved issues which I’m waiting for Smiling Will to resolve, including a potential credit for the cabinet fiasco. While Lennar Title was great, I’d never use Lennar Mortgage again: the loan officer was rude, unresponsive, and arrogant. Still, all’s well that end’s well. Lennar is no different than other merchant builders so assume you’re essentially dealing with a giant car dealership and act accordingly. ... More

This is our second Lennar home and this one is quite poor compared to our first. Our home was well buiult but the finsih stuff - flooring, painting, grouting, cabinets looked like they were odne by a 5 year old and the place was filthy when we moved into it. We still have unresolved issues but you have good construction managers who do follow through. I'll never buy another Lennar home and the worst of it is it too almost 10 months to get a product that was quite disappointing.

First off, the sales team was wonderful and the buying process was great outside of one upgrade we requested that was blown off and ignored. The construction team however has been a pain to deal with. The initial QC walkthrough seemed pretty good but there are now issues that we keep finding and issues that were noted during our walkthrough still have not been addressed at all, two months later (as of this review). I work in construction myself so I know all the "pandemic issues" but that excuse can't be used for everything. I've heard from neighbors that they all have various issues as well, similar or even worse than our experience. Lennar is very clearly failing to hire competent and quality contractors. ... More

Quick build. Sloppy job site. Not enough info about hoa or builder.

Not a great experience overall.

Post-ownership service has been great. Pre-ownership service was non-existent, therefore the low rating. The fact that we received one plat map that had been revised, but we weren't given a copy of the revision for over a month was cause for a law suit, which we elected not to do. They moved the foundation 4 feet which caused us to have to knock down a wall and move the a/c unit to bring equipment into the back yard for a pool build (at our expense). When asked before framing was completed, if the gate and a/c unit could be moved to the now "short side", we were told no. When asked if we could pay to have the garage insulated at the time of insulation, we were told no. There was no customer support prior to us taking ownership. As to quality?
