The despicable, shameless misrepresentation regarding the rooftop view, among many other issues, ensures that I will sell this town house as soon as possible and let all my family and friends know how terrible this experience was for me.

very happy !! i bought with more 3 friends houses at one of the communities in las vegas we are all very happy with the product quality and have to say that PING the sales lady was amazing and gave us amazing experience, also john the construction manager was professional and help me with every detail in my new house , most to say i had a expirience with a different builder . pulte is much better then kb !!!

I had a couple issues not fixed when asked to. I didnt really make a big deal out of it since it was mostly cosmetic issues but either i feel like it should have been resolved.

The paint job in many areas of the house is terrible, leaving the surfaces unfinished and unattractive. The microwave was not installed correctly from the start. The construction team failed to ensure proper installation and oversight of the house build. I have tried multiple times to report the microwave issue, but no single department wants to take responsibility, and they keep redirecting me between departments. The microwave issue has still not been resolved for almost a month.

Quality has always been my main concern owning a property. There has been uneven patch up padding on the carpet, bathrooms exhaust fans and air condition vents are loud. We were told that there is nothing that can be done “It is what it is.” I feel that it’s all about making a profit!!!

Wish we went with a different builder. Loan company are scammers, don't fall for their incentive trick. The home has lots of shortcut issues that we needed to hire outside fixers to redo. Not worth the price

Pulte and the team at Blacktail have been absolutely exceptional. Brandon and Anthony have been stellar and very personable which has made the process much more enjoyable from start to the finish. I could not of asked for better people to work with as I get situated in my new home. I always say it’s the little things in life and Brandon and Anthony are just that, on top of an incredible home by Pulte!

I was continuously reassured that Pulte upholds the highest regard for quality and customer service and that was not my experience unfortunately. Many issues were left overlooked and dismissed even when brought to their attention, poor craftsmanship and skills to treat and handle higher quality materials, it felt like a wash at at point when subcontractors don’t know how to properly install, handle, or work with better materials. Disappointing customer service and evident flaws in internal communications and protocols across various Pulte departments, which intimately falls on the customer and the lack of accountability, acknowledgment, and resolution. For the premium price you’re paying for the Pulte name and product. I was sorely disappointed throughout the entire process, and after receiving my keys. My friend purchased a new Pulte build in another community (locally) during then same time and experienced similar issues, and we both had water damage and exposure to the structure and cabinetry even before moving into our brand new homes. Yet it was dismissed as “part of the process”, really upsetting. Amateur electrical work, poor (to no) attention to detail for paint lines/edges, covering nails in moldings and baseboards, uneven drywall (evident when fitting for ...

My wife and I found Pulte homes to be very honest and forthcoming. From the start, Chris gave us all the details about the house along with all the financial figures. I was skeptical that things were going to change somewhere along the way but they never did. All the way to closing there was no surprises. Also we cannot give enough praises to our builder Kelvin- he was incredible. Literally anything we had an issue with, he fixed it and he was very responsive. The process of buying/building a home with Pulte has been disappointing. Things started after the contract was signed. Design center options were no longer available despite being offered on the website. Designer did not take into consideration any of the on-line choices that were made. Pulte Mortgage's lack of communication was challenging; asking for documents over and over despite those documents having been uploaded. Once I signed the purchase agreement, they shared with me steps and details of the home building process including the closing day. So they kept all what they said and it is up to a great standard I believe. Waiting to see your home completed is not easy though! So many emotional and financial situations may change during those times. So keep your financial situation under control and build your credit during this process to minimize the risk of not being able to close on time.

We had a good experience buying the home from Pulte but for us we had a situation selling our other home. The day when everything was good to go, we had to pick up the house keys on our own and the office was about to close. We thought we'd see someone greet us but nothing. Going through the walk through, Make sure you go through it thoroughly. Don't rush. For me now I see all the flaws in some areas in the house. Feels like they were rushing. Thank you to Jon who was keeping us posted on the house.

Before buying a Pulte Home, I was excited because I thought Pulte’s build quality was going to be superior to that of other builders. Or at least that is how it was marketed. That was definitely not the case. Getting them to fix any issue has been like pulling teeth, and they are extremely slow to respond to simple requests. Don’t expect more than what you will get from any other builder.
