Great attitude from sales people and construction managers. Very friendly and attentive as well.

I would want them to know the house is more than worth the price and your field manager is one of the most important person during the building process. William really left a lasting impression on my wife and I.

Project Manager Mark did a better than perfect job managing the whole construction project to build an excellent home of top quality materials and design. If you are considering building a new home Pulte should be at the top of your list.

Pulte quality and finish is very lacking . Internal finishes not great . Brickwork on driveways and porches are like armature brick layers . Painting & drywall could really use a more neat finishers . Overall I will rate the home @6out of 10 .

I have been a victim of fraudulent claims, therefore, I was not a trusting person. I meet and spoke with Elizabeth and she said many things and made many claims. I was some how unconsciously waiting . I had to apologize on a few occasion because everything she said or claimed all came to be right. From that point on if Elizabeth endorsed it .. I said it’s fine and it was Elizabeth was fierce and compassionate dealing with my independent loan company and resolving my issues. I never seen someone display patience and a strong drive to resolve my issues. Plainly my issues was not due to Pulte, When it appears my loan wouldn’t close as a team Elizabeth and Traci fought hard and tough with my loan company and reassured me at all hours of the night the loan would close on time. I had a minor issue with my house and they were right there and I have been completely satisfied up to now.. I can’t say enough about Elizabeth, imagine she was getting married and I called in a panic and during this special time , my needs were meet first. The sales representative Maria was worse than a used car sales rep. It seemed like she was say almost anything to purchase a home from her. We purchased our home long distance, in a pandemic and did everything virtually. Everything was extremely rushed and Maria did not review all of the available options with us. Once we had our walk through with the construction manager he pointed out a lot of upgrades/choices that we were not aware of. We did not receive the HOA documents until months in the process and had we been aware of some of the restrictions earlier on we may not have purchased in this community. Also everything seems pretty cheap. The quality and fine details in the construction are definitely lacking. We have paint and grout all over the floors in multiple areas. Building my home with PULTE was a real pleasure. I was out of the USA throughout the process, and always the greatest kindness to attend properly in a timely manner, every detail Thank you so much and Congratulations !

We didn't build. We purchased an inventory home being used as a model home for 1 year and closed in less than 4 weeks (around Christmas). During the celebration meeting, I pointed out issues such as dirty/stained grout, repainting needs, whole/gap in cabinet, broken sliding door handle, sloppy work in the master bath and other areas, as well as overall wear and tear issues given that the home was used as a model. While the issues were minor and fixable, I felt that I shouldn't have had to point them out - Pulte should've caught them and fixed them prior to the celebration meeting because poor workmanship erodes trust, which is the biggest challenge builders have now. While most issues that we identified were resolved by closing, we are now dealing with other poor quality of workmanship issues that we've noticed now that we are in the home (leaky faucets due to misplacement; electrical issues, etc..), which somehow weren't noticed (or addressed?) during the time the home was used as a model. One particular area of concern is that we/our neighbors have faulty drainage issues that creates water saturation in our properties, which the neighbors indicated they have been trying to resolve with Pulte for 6+ months, so I'm concerned about the timeline in getting issues resolved. What I noticed and what several neighbors have mentioned, is that homeowners have to keep following up to get their issues resolved - I'm sure supply chain backlogs due to the pandemic may have impacted this, but don't know how much. I'm scheduled to have the first round of issues resolved within the next couple of weeks, 3 weeks after I first brought them up and followed up, so I would be lying if I said I wasn't concerned. I wish they would not rush closing and complete homes on time fully. Many items left unfinished and rushed through

The sales team and manager in the field were extremely helpful, friendly, and very reliable.

Sometimes it took a little longer but the answer has always been there. From lending to building quality and trust to live.

Big fan of Pulte quality homes. What made it fulfilling was our agent was a great liaison and spokesperson for the builder. We enjoyed our buying experience with her.

overall was a good 3xperience, had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to postpone my closing due to contingency home contract fall apart, also the workmanship is not as good as other builders at least on the finishes and some structural, responsiveness to the issues I have is not good, still have issues and warranty request was put over a month now and nothing done

Easy process - very responsive.

Eric was great. You can’t pay that guy enough. If I were still in business I would hire him away from Pulte.
