Every part of my buying experience to living in my home has been an easy dream with Pulte. From sales to build to loan to service. I do everything on-line until my home was done and they did not fail me!

These homes need Internet TV service connections in each bedroom.

Everything from A-Z was completed however, the quality of materials is not the same in the pass compared to older Pulte built homes.

Building a home can be stressful. But with Pulte they explain every step of the way. If something needs attention the construction manager is just a text away. Super personal service!! Pulte made a “house” our home.

Built our home from start to finish -picked out the absolute perfect home and lot. We could not be happier. From the time we walked into the sales center to the design center and the build. Everyone was so professional and communicated with us along the way. They all gave us updates and met their build times. Super excited with our home and the process was stress free!

I think you have to monitor carefully along with field supervisor the quality of workmanship.

Pulte has become more about their profits than delivering a quality home. They cut corners everywhere. After spending near a million, we have to spend money to fix the problems that Pulte is not correcting. There is zero pride of craftsmanship, poor responsiveness. We were Told when pointed out deficiencies, problems, and mistakes.... that "well these are production homes and this is what you get". The subs say Pulte refuses to pay to have it done right. Cheap materials, cheap labor, would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

Design center options over priced and limited options. You can get the upgrades from other parties for a third or more less with more options. Getting issues resolved takes one to two weeks, sometimes requiring me to follow up for eta.

The journey itself for a new build, learned numerous things!

Bottom line is we would purchase here again. Great experience and a great location.

This man Chuck is the reason we choose to go with Pulte and that's been brutally honest.

I was excited to purchase a lot and have Pulte build a house for my family. Below grade work went well. We paid for two floor outlets, and only one was installed, so the slab had to be cut later for the second. It makes me wonder if anything else was missed underground. After we moved in, we did have the drains cleaned at no cost to us because the landscapers had filled the clean-out with gravel. Some very rough lumber was used and spliced instead of being replaced. Plumbing had to be moved to fit in walls, outlet boxes are on twisted studs, and many are to deep to be flush with finished walls. The paint is unbelievable thin and and scuffs even by brushing with a shoulder. They are building these as fast as possible, and I don't think all the inspections are taking place. Because of the CoronaVirus, we could not meet with the foreman and had to do facetime with him leading and showing what he felt like showing. I did get a great interest rate and closing money, so I took it. Forget autopay and your loan will be sold. Pulte finance was a good financial choice but not the greatest, easiest customer service. 6 months is a long time to eagerly await the completion of your new home. Receiving weekly emails from the building manager on the progress of the build was very helpful and insightful.

We recently closed on our new Pulte home in the Reverence community of Summerlin Nevada. Our experience was great and we highly recommend the whole Pulte team. Every phase of the process from the purchase of the home to the walk through was enjoyable. It is important to note that we lived out of state the entire time! The Pulte sales agent, Karen, was extremely helpful and informative and she quickly responded to all of our many questions. Our sales agent, Carrie with Keller Williams Realty Southwest, went above and beyond what was required and assisted us every step of the way! The superintendent of the building of our home was Steve and he was excellent. He promptly addressed all of our concerns and he even managed to accommodate some late changes that we made. After moving in, we found the garage was not insulated contrary to our purchase agreement. It then took numerous calls and threat of legal action to get this resolved. The contractors did a haphazard job fixing the issue. It also took multiple contractors multiple days to finish the work.

Stay away

From the initial deposit transaction to the closing and moving into our new house, Pulte and all its employees have been fantastic. We have found Pulte to be very responsive even after the closing We are enjoying our new home and would recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

Pulte homes are quality builds.

Not worthy for the cost of the home

The quality and workmanship is top notch. Can call ur home. There’s a few issues identified by Paulte was responsive. I just don’t like that my driveway issues cannot be fixed .

I had a pleasant experience with Pulte. There are some minor construction discrepancies, which I hope are not common practice. But overall the house is very well built!

Thought Pulte was a step up from budget builders like KB. They had many issues during construction that we had to stay on top of. Then when we moved in still many more unresolved. We're now working with them to resolve so they will hopefully come through.

Before you go to the Design Center try to get an interior designer. It will help you get the most design for your buck. You want someone that works for you. You don't want to spend unnecessary money on upgrades you can get later. Focus on the bones of the house, such as pony walls, baseboards, lighting, staircases....things that you would not want to rip out and replace after you move in. And please, do not get a balcony for your bedroom...its so unnecessary! I also recommend the cabinets but not the hardware, You can buy that later. Some features listed as upgrades could be of better quality (cabinets). Paint coverage could better throughout. Instruction on home amenities such as how do you turn on the fireplace? Should leave paint for owners so they can touch up various paint issues (interior wall and trim and outside wall and trim) so contact with customer service is not only reduced but issues are corrected quicker.

We just moved in and have several things that need to be addressed. I would like to complete this after all items have been addressed through the process. We have noticed several items such as appliance instillation, cabinet finishes, improper grout work and paint overlap that will all need to be addressed before we can complete a full review.
