Everyone was very responsive to any concerns or minor fixes.

The response to issues were immediately resolved. The only negative is that some of the finishing touches were not as professional as I would expect from such a large firm.

This is our first new home and everyone has been responsive to any problems we encountered.

Great house

Our sales guy was great, field manager etc. very inflexible on the options and not enough time to decide on options. Follow up has been very good. Nicole and dime you on everything.

When it’s more about churning out product quickly, attention to detail and dedication to making things right is not a high priority

This was the second home we have built in less than 4 years and we thought DiVosta was better. Unfortunately for us, we are once again having a lot of the same poor workmanship issues. And the same lack of concern or communication to fix the house issues. Extremely disappointed.

Moving and building a new home are top of the list of the most stressful activities you can do. Buying a DiVosta home is an exciting stressless experience because the professionals you are dealing with totally understand construction and customer satisfaction. You won't regret that first trip to the DiVosta sales office and the day the construction manager hands you the keys knowing you made the right decision to purchase a DiVosta constructed home.

Things were explained very well from start to finish!

Totally satisfied with their care and professionalism. Always reachable and helpful even after the sell.

Asked for a new thermostat that was supposed to be in the house. Confirmed day of that they would give a 30 min window and never showed up. After calling my customer care agent and another emergency line no one called back until over 8 hours.

We love our new home. The entire process from beginning to completion went smoothly. Great location also. Sales, construction, after construction all very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The quality of the work is disappointing for the price of the home.

I really enjoyed the whole buying experience from picking out what I wanted and watching it become a dream come true. I was not pressured into anything that I didn't want or rushed to make any decisions. The whole DiVosta team was a pleasure to work with from sales to the end when I received my keys, they all wanted to make sure that I was happy with my home.

The process from meeting Regina in Sales, then Joan in the design center to Joe our Project Manager, all were very professional and the build was like clockwork with everything on schedule.

DiVosta's reputation precedes them but they made our buying experience both pleasant and highly satisfactory both during the build process and the customer care they provide after closing. DiVosta does so much more than just build quality houses; they are a lifestyle developer that understands how to design a community that takes on a sense of place and immediately becomes home.

Oven not installed properly. Other obvious Workman issues not addressed

I love my new home but the post purchase and home delivery processes have been less than stellar. I expected better. The closing was nothing special, the delivery was "here are your keys - good luck", and the post delivery follow up has been almost non-existent.

Love our new home!

We have had several issues and mostly they are fixed...except the refrigerator. It has been out since we moved in on September 6th. We have had Flamingo out here 6 times. We finally got a new one on Friday and it is much louder than the first one. We have to sleep with out bedroom door shut. I have to work with my office door shut. We have to turn the tv up because we can’t here it over the noise.

We love our new home but find the response to fixing post move in / post closing issues to be very slow and have some "no shows" when work is scheduled. Would love a phone call even if appointment cannot be met and has to be cancelled and rescheduled.

This is the third home we have built with DiVosta and couldn't be happier!

Any issues or concerns during construction were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. We are very satisfied with our new home.
