This is our third home that we have built, and the worst experience due to timely in getting the home completed, workmanship of the home, and just the way it was all addressed towards the home owner. Too many issues not completed properly.

It is a disappointing experience because this is our last home, our retiring home, and besides being the smallest, and the third built it was the worst experience we have had as home owners. I honestly would not recommend Divosta.

The quality of workmanship leaves alot to be desired. Lots of damaged to impact sliding glass doors, doors didn't lock, wrong handles on doors with daylight showing all around the handles. The employees talk a good story, but once you close it is almost impossible to get them to come back & fix items. This is my opinion.

Beautiful homes, great people within the community. Lots of pain and suffering to get to completion. Deleted over 5 months taking T total build time of 15 months. Hard to get repairs. Imported timely after sale closed. Disappointed with all the commitments by Divista that didn’t happen. Divosta is still telling home buyers unrealistic delivery durations.

First of all we had to tell construction the office window was off by three inches and not centered the double den doors. The framing in the shower was hanging over the shower pan three inches. An a nice note on the front block wall “ chip away” because the block was laid a little short as proven by the overhang in the shower pan 3”, the den window 3” off. All because the supervisor doesn’t check the jobs. Secondly the second story was supposed to be railing, they built the knee wall instead. We had to tell them to correct it. Listen to problems but don’t do anything to resolve them

Manager appears to be sincere and concerned but issues do not get resolved. He would listen and agree that something had to be fixed but it never was. The contractor would move on to the next phase, never fix was reported.. and then the manager would not pursue it. When I would inquire with a direct question like has the replacement been ordered. He would respond with “I called him many times”, lt is being worked”, “It will be taken care of”, etc. this went on for 6 months and still was not resolved when we closed.(a month since closing and still open issues. What happened with the amenities and facilities center. I was told they would be open for use by June of 2023. That's a lie. Not open and available for use as of Nov 19. Rule of thumb with Beachwalk owners, is that if lips are moving in the sales office, there are lies to be had. I could continue but why?

Divosta took 18 months to build our new villa. Interest rate doubled and our costs completely doubled. We were barely able to sell it and break even as soon as we took possession from Divosta. We planned to keep it BUT the huge delays and costs prevented us from keeping it. Their contract gives them 2 years to build so they weren’t concerned about the delays and our costs doubling. Will NEVER buy from them again.

The craftsmanship is not on par with price. House was delivered with many items on punch list to be fixed. It has been close to 45 days since closing and Divosta has yet to start fixing things

It ha been a nightmare. My backsplash has yet to be finished as well as the hole that was dug in the garage to fix a broken pipe and the floor in the master closet. I have got nothing but delays delays delays and promises and lies.

Pulte was terrible from the builders to the mortgage company to the insurance company. They had numerous things not done when we closed. That are still not fixed !!!! I would never use Pulte again or recommend then to anyone these

Horrible building experience and horrible builder. Not only did it take 22 months to build, but their workmanship and lack of attention to detail are horrific. I’ve already replaced the tile for kitchen backsplash as well as the tile in the master shower stall. They use substandard subcontractors for everything and it shows in the quality of their work. There is NO communication during the building process and you’ll be left regretting ever buying a home with Divosta/Pulte. It is BRUTAL.

Very poor communications no one would follow and as we went to supervisors further up the management chain for assistance the would not follow up with us. This is the worst company I have ever felt with and recommend to anyone seeking a new home to look at other builders.

Who builds a house, brings in doors, trim, and cupboards and then leaves the finished house in an environment that is not temperature or humidity controlled for June and July? Drywall, painting, and carpentry are terrible.

What a nightmare! I’ve built several homes over the years and have always enjoyed the experience. Building always has issues but as long as the builder is honest with you it all works out. There were many instances where Divosta/Pulte was not honest with me. So disappointing. With Pulte/DiVosta you definitely do not get what you pay for. House is hot with AC at 71. Seams of drywall visible, but told the are “within tolerance”. The sub-par-contractors are not held to any quality standards. Just rush to get the job done to get you to move into your home. Even with a “warranty” everything is “within tolerance“.

The house was filthy and clearly was thrown together by unskilled laborers. This was particularly true with the tile work and grouting. Multiple chipped tiles were installed on the bathroom walls, floor tiles were laid unevenly, grouting is lumpy, inconsistent and varied in color. Managers admitted to us that no supervisor was on-site to oversee the grouting, and agreed that the poor quality grout job encompassed the entire house. My home building has been a disaster. We had a walk thru and there were several items to be addressed. At the closing projects were supposed to be completed but were not. There was paint. Caulk and grout on the floors. We spent 3 full days scraping paint off the floors and still find it. Doors were not hung properly, pavers were covered with paint. 200 had to be replaced. Vitek just left the house for the fifth time and our TV is still screwed up. One of the cords just dangles down in front of the wall and now they’ve washed their hands of it.
