Everything is all good with the house so far just a few minor things that have happened but they can be resolved easily.

These are nice homes for first time home owners. The communication is lacking when fixing issues. I still have yet to have my dining room window replaced. Also there are noticeable blemishes i.e. not straight corners— you can tell they are slightly warped when they get closer to the floor. And some blue tape items have yet to be fixed and I closed on my home 2/14/20. It is now 3/30/20. But otherwise, the price is good and the no closing costs and USDA option is amazing for first time home buyers. Overall I would recommend the Windrow community to others looking into buying a home. It’s very quiet and pleasant. No crazy drivers or neighbors so far. And there’s a nice public park across the street. I do however wish there was going to be a pool built in the subdivision. Buying a home can be a scary experience, but the Centex team made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

Great Personnel.

Centex could have put more studs in interior walls to make them more sturdy, and think alittle about where they put studs in bathrooms. The workers need to clean up better as I am still cleaning up grout hunks and glaze off tile work. The upgrades aren't what I expected

Home buying process was smooth and timely. I would recommend centex homes to everyone looking to buy a new home.

After living in my home for a couple of months, I can say that overall this home was a good purchase and there are only a few minor details I would change. Any issue I have had has been promptly addressed.

Building manager was exceptional, very responsive and professional. Building quality- some aspects were rushed. Painters were terrible. Caulk seal of crown molding is sloppy and already starting to separate. Choice of dishwasher is poor due to quality of its functioning as well as overall look.

They will rush making your home and not be at 100% just to close on their time.

These homes are built with the bare minimum requiement. For the money spent, Id at least expect to get an archectual roof. curious to see how long the three tab single last in the lowcountry... Also! make sure you go behind them every step of the way. the people working for the contractors building the homes have little experience and could care less about the quality of their work. Get an inspector!!!

It's my first time buying in US and it was good experience.

Excellent communication with all parties in the community. Very helpful and concerned with my satisfaction. Really enjoyed the flexibility to personalize the home compared to other competitors.

The pultie mortgage people are great got us in very quick and hassle free they know there stuff the supervisor Travis took his time and walked us though everything in the house made sure the house was very clean when we moved in and addressed any little issues we had quickly and is very professional great company couldn’t be happier

Not trustworthy and quality Also when called for repair before closing and after closing so far no one came by and fixed yet When I said to change closing date since everything not finished they told me that I have to close house otherwise you will have pay daily charge
