Our last home was built by Pulte and we lived there for over 20 years. It was a great home. When purchasing a new home, we considered the reputation of home builders. Due to our past experience, we were happy to be able to purchase another Pulte built home.

Was able to close online!

The materials or specially fixtures been used are not of the top quality, i get it, it based on what you paid.. but i was ready to pay the higger price for getting better stuff but i was hushed by saying options are already been selected and can’t make changes to it now. Result is we we’re not happy with the new house. Otherwise people are good and try to work with you in aby regards.

The grass that was installed was terrible. Most didn’t have dirt connected to it and is straw now. I mentioned it to the contractor and he said they were switching sod companies that only benefited my neighbors that have really nice sod now.

Brad and Alex were super excellent!! My home is beyond amazing. We used Pulte Mortgage (that experience was not so pleasant, which almost ruined the entire experience) Overall I love my house and it was all worth it.

Everything went pretty smooth till the last day- felt very rushed by builder to get my signature, there were several issues that were supposed to get addressed that took a long time and several calls and e-mail to get them come out- doesn’t make sense since there’s other house being built on the same subdivision- I know they are busy but so am I- work should of been done right before closing- there’s still things that stand out like paint discoloration

I hope they can address issues post home built more quickly.

Sales, mortgage, title & warranty personnel were/are awesome. Home construction not so good. Blue tape walk thru issues were not addressed before closing (flooring, dry wall, painting throughout house, slab under AC unit not level). During final walk thru (30 min b4 closing) I noticed roof. Issues were not fixed They were fixed 10 minutes before closing. After closing, i did not experience that new home excitement. i walked into a home w/issues & new damage to masterbath that happened after my final walk thru.. Been in the house a month & finding more issues like a crack in the bathtub. If you choose to have a Centex home built, I recommend that you thoroughly check the home b4 closing. When they gave me the house it had many details that it still has because the manager field has been very irresponsible in repairing them. He's had me fooled since closing. other than that he never answers. When he does it, he has never complied with coming to the house to repair the amount of details. They must take into consideration that the field manager is not a serious person.

Craftsmanship and materials super for the price point.

I felt that there was areas in the house where they didn’t take pride in there work.

The people have been absolutely great and we love our new home. The quality of the work done wasn’t as amazing; minor cosmetic issues.

Great houses, we love our patio and the neighborhood is super quiet

They are known as one of the most fair and affordable builders in my area. They really give you a bang for your buck. The upgrade options are pretty good, however I wish I had a few more choices when it came to colors (both inside and out). They are very communicative throughout the build process and they take your concerns seriously. I am pretty happy with my new home. Very few problems and the few I had were due to contractor shortages/resources and have been quickly resolved.

I would share their exceptional knowledge and support no matter of your race.

Everyone who works here are very kind! At some point i feel like the company rushes the job to get the house finished and the workers leave some of things completely presentable. Or maybe im just really picky. Trying to get ahold of someone after closing when i have something going on in my house is kinda hard.

Builder Tyler did great job taking care of our concerns or any questions we have.

Great community with amazing amenities, I have found multiple issues for a new home, but all of them has been resolved by the amazing construction team.

Overall experience was good but righting some issues was stressful.

Building process was good but when you have an issue the response is not there.

Still waiting on my refrigerator and tile to be fixed as well as some paint spots they didn’t paint
