From my very first phone call with Steve, I knew this home had potential to be my next adventure. He answered all my questions and spent a lot of time explaining the process and showing me the different Beazer options in my neighborhood. Once I picked out "the one" Christian made sure it was ready to move in and took care of all my small detail requested items. The house is beautiful, and I've had a lot of compliments about the quality and the neighborhood. I'm glad I chose Beazer, and would do it again if I ever need to move. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience for me and my family.

My experience with the Beazer homes went great. I was cautioned by previous people who bought new homes about the challenges they encountered and I was nervous about this. However, that was not my experience at all. Any concerns or issues that came up were address and dealt with. Communication with the construction manager was prompt and professional. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations and I am loving my new home! :)

Steve and Christian and Haley were amazing during every step of the choosing of the lot and elevation, purchasing, financing, making interior design choices, and building/finishing, inspection, new owner review. Excited, nervous, stressed, and even a little sad. These are all emotions that we felt during the time that we were still searching for a house. Thank God we found Beazer!! They made it easier and smooth for us. The people that we worked with in Beazer were very nice and approachable.

From the first time we enter the model home up to now the customer service is SUPERB! Crissy, the sales person, Will, construction manager and Richard, the warranty person, are all very responsive to any of our questions and concern. They made our first “newly build” home buying experience very easy. Crissy helped us a lot during our buying experience, she is the best sales person we ever had!!! So far, we only have minor issues in the house and was address in a day or 2 after we reported it.

My family and I are pleased with our home by Beazer. The whole process was great, including great attention to detail by our construction manager Mr. Greg. I love my Beazer Home! I thank the Lord for giving me this opportunity to own a beautiful, spacious & well-built home! The open concept design is absolutely stunning. The cabinetry and kitchen countertops are of great quality. I also appreciate how they have made these homes energy efficient! Built on tradition through and through since the 1930's! Beazer Homes is the absolute best!

Really loved building a home with Beazer! But really what took it the extra mile was working with Josh K! He went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and all my concerns were addressed along the way! Josh was the absolute best project manager ! Would totally build another home with Beazer !

This buying experience has been great from offer to close. We purchased a stock build with the features we liked and not a custom build so the time from offer to close was shorter. Beazer has been quick to respond to warranty items and the staff and builder we have worked with made the buying experience wonderful. So far we are satisfied with the quality of the home and would recommend Beazer to our family and friends.

From the time I walked in and met Detra thru the ongoing support of Tobi, I have felt in the best hands. I have had support and communication not only throughout the home buying process but ongoing support as well. This was my first time purchasing a new home and I’m so glad I chose a Beazer home. It’s really true that it’s the people who make a company. I highly recommend Beazer homes and especially Juniper Trails.

They are very responsive , polite and respectful. Had a good experience with Greg but we still have couple of issues which are not been resolved since a long time now.

Help I got from the sales agent and (Samntha, Damarcus, Kristina) was great. They were thorough in addressing all the issues.

Before looking at new homes, I decided to look up reviews on builders around my price point in Orlando. Beazer, M/I, and Pulte all came up as reputable. Pulte was slightly too expensive and my shopping experience with Beazer was much warmer than with M/I so I decided to buy in The Town at Creekside. I visited my future home frequently and regularly sent notes to Ryan - the guy in charge of construction. He would address everything I noted and was great at sending weekly updates to the future owners. Meeting him in person was a pleasure. The man talks and moves at 100mph but is a great person. Alex has been my go-to guy since move-in. He’s very responsive and always helpful. He follows up on every little service call you have and is all about making this the best experience for you as a buyer. My wife and I agree, based on the purchasing & owning experience plus the quality of the build, we will definitely look to Beazer for a another home in the future. ... More

I want to recognize Kyler for is professionalism and attention to taking care of my warranty concerns. He was wonderful to work with and I trusted his ability to fix my issues. One of my issues was the faulty electrical wire going to my garage door opener. He and the electrician fixed the wire, reattached the wire to the sensor (which wasn't required of the work order) AND put two lightbulbs in my opener!! This simple gesture just made my day. I will always be grateful for Kyler and the electrician going above and beyond for me. You have a wonderful conscientious employee in Kyler. Please recognize him for his attention to the customer.
