This is my third build in Texas and the first time I’ve used Beazer Homes. Everything went really well. It was enjoyable to design the home and watch it being built. Carson supervised the build and kept in touch with weekly updates. I visited the site several times and usually found him nearby. He’d spend time talking about what was happening and what was next. Amazing customer service from he and from the Steve in sales. Always willing to help and answer questions during the process. The end result is beautiful. Can’t say enough good about the whole team and process.

My home buying experience was exceptional! From the initial search to closing, the process was smooth and efficient. The real estate agent was knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me every step of the way. The mortgage lender was responsive and helped me secure a great rate. Overall, I'm thrilled with my new home and grateful for the support I received throughout the process. Even after we moved in Mr Ricks have been very attentive. Highly recommend!

This home purchase was the best I have ever had. Jessica in the sales office was very helpful in every aspect. Cary from the building department was excellent to work with. They both kept us up to date on each phase of the build. Highly recommend Beazer Homes.

We had a great home buying experience. Craig in the sales office throughly explained the process and our contractor, Jay, kept of informed of progress along the way. Both were always available for any questions or concerns we had.

Beazer homes gives me a very good customer service and updated me step by step through home building and helped me with $5k extra support. However some problems have appeared after I moved to the house like leaking, electrical and hardwood and the warranty still working to fix them.

Jay has been awesome as a builder. His attention to detail is beyond great! He is timely, great with follow up! We've never been so served by any builder like Jay...he is the epitome of a consummate builder.

we have purchased our new home a month ago. So far we had very little issue on our new home and all those issue have been addressed on-time. We have worked with excellent Construction manger Demarcus, to take care of our service requests. We are experiencing a quality in every work through out our home. I admired how well the indoor air quality maintained fresh in my home, (ERV and design). Overall very satisfied home buying experience

No complaint, everyone was great to work with

Since I moved in it’s been one headache after another. After a week and a half of sticking bandaids on things after I moved in the entire hot water heater needed replacing, as well as a breaker and toilet. My lights constantly flicker and my ceiling fan makes noises and wakes me up at night. The service providers Beazer recommends are awful as well. I have not had 1 week of uninterrupted internet service since I moved in. I work from home. The energy savings they were so proud to sell to me have not materialized even a little. I feel like I was taken for a ride.

We had a wonderful experience in buying our first home . Everything was straightforward and easy. Support was very good . Every single concern was taken care. Overall a wonderful experience and good place to live .

Wow! We were about ready to sign with another builder but decided to keep our appointment with Beazer. We were stunned by the beauty of the model home presented by Christie and immediately knew we had to switch gears. This is our first new build and while we anticipated the completion of our home we couldn't sleep. April, Christie and her team listened to us and were very thorough with follow up. When it was time to get the keys we met Abraham. He was the icing on the cake. He listened and cared about the little issues in our inspection and was quick to resolve each issue. The whole process went very well. The heightened anxiety of the house being THE HOUSE is the only issue we had. The whole team did a great job I didn’t feel the need to be worried about them they were helpful and didn’t leave things out.

We had a great experience with Beazer homes, from our very first visit to receiving the keys, and even afterwards, Beazer Homes have been quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Every person we met has been professional, efficient and pleasant, Kent in the office, Jason and Guillermo site managers and Joseph in customer service. I can’t thank you all enough for making a stressful time an enjoyable experience.

All around an amazing experience

As a first time buyer, the experience could have been better. Everything looks beautiful, until you look closer. After moving in I discovered so many little sloppy mistakes. Take my advise, on your walk through day, spend the entire day and look in every corner and behind every toilet on the floor. There was a piece of my fireplace that was chipped off and all they did was paint over it. There were tiles behind the toilets that weren’t grouted and much more. The houses are beautiful but the details were done so sloppy. If I could do it again I would scrutinize the details.

Buying with Beazer has been awesome! This is my third brand new home and the quality, price and service are unmatched.
