Starting with Laney in the sales office who is amazing and personable as she was there the whole way through answering questions even when on vacation! Sorry Laney! Then ending with Rusty the builder who is just a great guy and always there when you need him. This experience was great and I would encourage anyone to go with Beazer for your new home!!

Signing a contract for a new build on the heels of a pandemic takes guts! Fortunately for us we chose Beazer Homes. Although we did have some minor frustrations along the way. Very responsive, attentive to detail, and great to work with the team ( Matt and team) on-site at Magnolia Creek ! Especially Matt and Bob proactively reached out before closing to ensure any questions or concerns are addressed and resolved quickly. Beazer has been exceptional right from the time when we did our option selection to the time we got our keys. Yes, there were some pandemic infused delays and back orders but Greg was very patient with us in helping us understand what is happening with the construction process and what the next steps are.

I bought a beautiful condo in The Gstherings in Allen, TX. Any new build usually need a redo of something usually small. The over all experience was good. They switched builders and agents in us a couple times which caused a little confusion but in the end it wasn’t that big of a deal. The over all friendliness of everyone involved in our process was second to none. I’m in the mortgage world and I have zero reserves giving Beazer name as a top builder.
