Our Pulte sale representative Mary Ann did an outstanding job of guiding us through the bidding process for a lot and then subsequently through the build process for our house. She was very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Our construction manager Alan did a great job in explaining the features of the house during our walk-thrus and was meticulous in finding and denoting flaws that needed to be addressed by various touch-up crews before we closed on the house. He takes great pride in representing Pulte.

The entire experience was positive every step of the way, from the initial sales crew to the construction liaison and through to the final sale

The HOA needs to learn how to work with the home owners instead of treating us like we’re just a number!! I know they’re not part of your company, but it should be a concern of yours. Thank you and thank god my house is still standing!!

This review is for Indigo. Overall high quality build, straightforward process. The staffs really helped from the beginning to the end even providing touch-ups after moving in.

My experience with Pulte Homes Staff was great. I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie as my sales rep. She was phenomenal especially with her knowledge, expertise, and understanding in selling the Pulte Home experience. Also, my experience working side by side with Bob (the foreman) helped my transition into the new home successful. He went to great lengths explaining the details of what my Pulte Home had to offer. Pulte Mortgage was very helpful responsive to all my needs. Ricardo and Andi from Pulte Mortgage were amazing and helped me close very quickly. My home construction manager Dylan always answered my calls or responded back within minutes. Fixed any last minute issues we found same day or next day. Great service from him. Now that we’ve lived in the house a few months, we are finding little craftsman defaults that can be fixed but frustrating because whoever was building it knew at the time they were doing a bad job but instead of fixing or doing it right just moved on because it could probably go unnoticed during a walkthrough. ... I'm very happy with my new home. Of course, you'll find some issues with any new home built from scratch, however, Pulte Team has been conscious of them and willing to help and fix all details that could arise. Jeff has been very diligent and kind to speed up the solutions

Wonderful experience except for your sales office where the experience was otherwise.

Overall experience during the buying portion was really great with all the support of the purchase office particularly Arturo and loan process with Brent. Although there are few issues with the build, with some minor issues particularly missing bathroom door and island repair which cause a little delay on issuing house keys and finding electrical problem, and on countertop, after the turnover. Other than that, we are very satisfied.

My overall experience was great

The Pulte sales team (Dale) and Construction Manager (Wes) were both superb. Responsive and professional, with excellent communication. We worked together as a team to create a wonderful new home.

Building a new home in SW Florida in 2021-22 was a challenge to say the least. The housing market was overheated, building supply costs were overinflated and labor was in short supply. I was about to give up on our dream to build in Florida when I discovered the Pulte community in Babcock Ranch where I was able to build a house to my specifications on a lot I desired and all I had to do was agree on the price. Although the price I paid was high it still provided a great value for the money compared to the other builders and communities in SWFL. If it wasn't for Pulte I would still be living in Texas. Throughout the process everyone from the Pulte team was very helpful and friendly - sales, design, construction, closing and warranty. Being 1500 miles away in DFW I was concerned about my inability to monitor the construction process and enjoy the experience of watching our new home go up. Tanner, Blake and Steven kept me up to date on the building process through bi-weekly and adhoc conference calls and provided pictures of the progress along the way. Blake and Steven were honest about the market conditions and the challenges they faced with completing construction within our original window. But I feel they never stopped working for me to meet their commitments. We have been in our new home for 45 days now and we absolutely love it. As with every construction project there are going to be warranty items that need to be addressed. Dan is our customer care manager and he has done a great job of knocking out our punch list and getting contractors in to compete the required actions. Dan's communication and responsiveness throughout the warranty phase has been stellar. I have no regrets with our decision to move to Babcock Ranch and build my Pulte home. Took a long time to come to realization, but was worth it in the end!

Pulte builds quality and spacious homes. We loved our home and we definitely recommend Pulte for family and friends.

Straight forward honest staff.

The experience is great.But,regular check on home owners dhould be improved on.

We would like to thank Enrique & Lane! They were very accommodating and responsive to all our inquiries and requests. Pulte is a great builder. We just had some issues with the Warranty Dept and Mortgage Dept. We hope they could improve their work so as to maintain the good reputation of Pulte itself. One of the problems we had on the final walk through of the house was the flooring on the front porch was made of gravels. It was unexpected and it looked so incomplete. This was not presented on the model house, and no one even mentioned that it was an upgrade. Secondly, the location of the gate at one side of the house and the wall on the other was installed all the way at the back of the house. These should at least be part of the standard features for safety reasons. ... More

We love our new home. The construction manager was the best part of the process. There were quite a few hiccups over the months, during the build, prior to closing, supply issues etc. but it’s done and we’re so glad to be here. When we put warranty claims in for things that need to be touched up or minor repairs that we noticed within a week or two of moving into our brand new home they respond pretty quickly. It’s a beautiful home. The HOA fees are extraordinarily high for a neighborhood with zero amenities other than them paying for water sewer and trash and taking care of the landscaping. The H away fees definitely do not match what you get for what you’re paying but we hope those will go down in the future, though that’s unlikely. We have also been here for a month and the post office will not deliver to us because they think it is an active construction zone and Pulte said they were aware of the issue but we have heard zero communication of that or how we are going to get that fixed. It is very difficult having all of our packages in the mail turned away because the post office won’t deliver here while they are building in the neighborhood. I wish Pulte was a little bit more responsive or would communicate better with what they’re working on. And I wish the person That manages the HOA could guide us better. When we have questions we never know who to ask. If you call any 1-800 Pulte phone number you find online it just takes you to warranty department. But who do we talk to for updates about the mail situation in the neighborhood? No one knows who is fixing it or if anyone actually is. Overall, we definitely recommend Pulte and we look forward to many years here and cant wait for the hiccups of buying the first home in a new neighborhood that is still being constructed in to be behind us. Gary and team have been great! Helped us close escrow on time and have been very responsive to take care of items that need fixing. I certain expect the customer service team will be great once the construction team has moved on from our area

We appreciate the frontline staff including sales and construction teams we interact with on a daily basis. They have been open and honest recorded any issues, reported by us or discovered themselves. No push-back, always committed to bring issues to satisfactory closure. They were responsive, just a text message away. Most important, we saw firsthand, one by one, promises have been fulfilled.

These are very well made homes. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the build, from slab to roofing. Correcting any issues I had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this builder. Great integrity!

Overall everything is great. Helena as a sales person is very professional. Construction supervisor Mark is very friendly and professional. Took care of all issues very good.
