Absolutely Substandard appliances given, since one month issues are not being addressed. Only a blame game, fire alarm is not functioning well and beeps daily full day and night. Appliances provided are substandard and not working, Pulte executives say they can’t do anything. Children have final exams and we are living in a devastated state with Pulte homes

I recently worked with Mark the builder and I must say, he was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and always had updated information on the project. What I appreciated the most was how hands-on he was. He was always willing to communicate and provide answers to any questions that I had. Overall, I had a great experience working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Don’t communicate, aren’t honest, and don’t really care about the customer. Bottom line focused and any cost. Would love to talk to someone about all this but they actually want to hear.

Our PM Ted was an absolute joy to work with. He is courteous, knowledgable, respectful and the house was delivered in perfect condition. What more could you ask for? We were impressed!! We had a great experience with our Sales person Maria. She was very responsive to all our questions. Pulte can improve on their workmanship by making sure everything was completed prior to closing. We had a lot of items on the walk through that were never completed and still waiting to be completed a month after the closing. Also clean up of sidewalks should have been done as stains from constructions are very noticeable and ruins the curb appeal of the house and the neighborhood. We had a technician come to our house and he noticed the stains on the sidewalks in front of our house right away. I'm not sure if the HOA will do something about this or we have to hire someone to pressure wash it. ... More

Salesperson Peggy was fantastic. Great Community. Better communication, organization and professionalism that I have seen with other large builders in the past.

From the moment I saw the community I fell in love. But it’s the builder Daniel and my sales woman Adrienne that made the experience amazing. This is my second home from Pulte and it won’t be my last.

The overall experience was easy and painless.

John has been extremely responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. He is great to work with and made us confident in the process.

Love the new community, people, etc. However, small situations, which should be easily addressed often take months instead of hours to be resolved.

I moved in before three weeks and within three weeks I had issues to start with Garage door making noise , cabinets in kitchen were coming off from the holder ,big crack in the master suite counter top. Yesterday I turned my AC and it didnot work . AC tech has come and identified that there is a gas leak and AC won’t work unless they fix it. This means they need to cut open the entire home drywall to find out the location of leak and then re work . This is not definitely an exp a first time home buyer would expect. I would not recommend Pulte

Pulte stayed in contact throughout the homebuying process. The construction manager helped make some minor changes that made our house even better for us.

The process of purchasing a Pulte home was fairly easy. The process outlined in the Pulte videos was not followed at all. The walk final through went great, but the amount of re-work required is unacceptable. Pulte needs to do it right the first time.

Closets not durable, we’re not anchored well to the studs, had to put longer nails for durability

The sales advisors were great to work with and followed up in a timely manner. However, the construction manager while trying to be rude, came off passive aggressive and rude. He didn't like when I pointed things out that needed to be fixed. Apparently, I'm "one of the people" that pick at every little thing. Im purchasing this house and expect it to be turned over in a great manner. Highly recommend for buyers to not be pushed over, but be stern and persistent to have issues addressed in a timely manner.

They distract you from the big issues before closing. Then once you close everything has to go through warranty. Don’t close without a professional at your side

I did not like the bidding process to buying a home.

I’ve had excellent costumer service dealing with Travis and Drew. They have each addressed issues with the house and tried to find solutions. Mary Beth in sales was cheerful and informative. All in all, very good experience!

Having built several new custom homes in the past, I can say Pulte did a great job. Considering we built at the height of covid, they managed to keep our home somewhat on track. We were sent lots of pictures when we asked. I have always used a home inspector before the final walk thru and recommend using one. They always help find the things the untrained eye will miss. Hazel was great at closing time, making sure our punch out list was completed. We look forward to enjoying our new home for years!
