Great home and great experience

We recently closed on our new Pulte home in the Reverence community of Summerlin Nevada. Our experience was great and we highly recommend the whole Pulte team. Every phase of the process from the purchase of the home to the walk through was enjoyable. It is important to note that we lived out of state the entire time! The Pulte sales agent, Karen, was extremely helpful and informative and she quickly responded to all of our many questions. Our sales agent, Carrie with Keller Williams Realty Southwest, went above and beyond what was required and assisted us every step of the way! The superintendent of the building of our home was Steve and he was excellent. He promptly addressed all of our concerns and he even managed to accommodate some late changes that we made. Beginning when I decided to purchase this home, the Pulte employees have been responsive to all my questions and concerns. My Field Manager answered every email quickly and made me feel that I had a primary role in the building of my home. Now that I am here, I am thrilled with my home, my neighborhood and community.

Great Workmanship, timely and trustworthy for the price paid.

This is our 2nd time purchasing a Pulte home and are very pleased with it. The project managers, Mike & Mike, were very pleasant to work with and had no problem adding a few adjustments along the way to accommodate our needs. The workmanship throughout is very good. We are overall very pleased with the design and workmanship of our new Pulte Home.

Over all great experience other than few mis communication regarding contract and what was included in contract, like simple things, only one garage door opener instead of two. Building a half million house and then leaving one garage as manual without telling or informing or giving it as an option. Over all still I would say 5/5 in almost every department. More so due to interaction with Nick, he has been great help. He is straightforward and very helpful at same time. Its because of him that over all experience for me has been the best.

There are some minor issues with the house, but overall, after 1 month, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. Pulte has been pretty responsive, even during the time of COVID, so I would recommend them. The buying process was extremely easy and surprised me.

My wife and I genuinely enjoyed every meeting, every walkthrough, and every step of the process of building with Pulte. Our sales agent, builder manager, and mortgage consultant were all friendly, professional, and we felt taken care of throughout the whole build. Glad we chose Pulte!

Good and seamless experience in home purchase

Built the home as mentioned during the initial meeting. Built with nice materials and followed all the standards. Couple of small findings here and there but those are negligible. Overall had good experiences with pulte and definitely recommend to friends.

Our builder was great at communication and responsive to the few issues we encountered.

Sales rep was /is terrific. She got to know my preferences and style. She advised me through some tough decisions that I may have been second-guessing during the long COVID waiting period. Once here, everything is even better than I had hoped and I am very grateful to her. Suggestion: The first walk through should be just to SEE and take in the new condo. A second one should be the "technical" one to check the windows, cabinets, painting. etc

Good value for what I paid, all appliances and blinds installed. Bought the home already completed. Workmanship regarding drywall and cabling could have been better. Also cleanliness of the floor, still removing paint spots and wood glue from the floor, nothing major. Truly love the house, great value for single or couple young professionals looking for quality lifestyle.
