We bought the Parklane home and the buying process was easy. The home came out beautifully and we couldn't be more happier. Our project manager was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Once we sold our existing home, we were needing one asap. When we couldn't find a resale with our requirements, we decided to look at Pulte Homes in Carnegie Ridge. They had a spec home under construction that would be ready in two months. It had pretty much everything we were looking for. Once they set a closing date, they stuck to it. The designer for the interior did an awesome job upgrading enough to produce a beautiful and well color coordinated home. The construction manager, Stewart, was great. He kept us updated weekly on the construction process. He worked hard on answering any questions or addressing any issues we had. Beginning with the sales staff, the project general manager, and customer service, the Pulte team is truly exemplary. Considering the many home choices available Pulte stands out as a "best in class" builder because they deliver on what they say and if a mistake is experienced the Pulte team is front and center to make corrections. My second Pulte home and I wouldn't purchase from anyone else.

Metallic Roof, Impact Windows and Doors, Garage Door electric Motor. All of this is standard on any Pulte Home in "Parkview at Hillcrest" that's what sold me out. Happy with our brand new home.

I have bought a Pulte Group home before and by far this was the best experience, even when the others were also very good. From the sales person to the design team to builder to warranty department every single person involved has been excellent and very courteous even during very trying times. I would definitely buy from PULTE again.

Debi was excellent to work with in purchasing our home. Ryan was super to work with on the minor punch list items and in understanding how everything works in our home.

The pulte superintendent Ron took care of everything. We never even met him once until the house was done as my schedule was too busy and I placed my trust in him to get it done which he did but he kept us well-informed of the progress.

From the time I walked into the model home looking for information to the time of closing, David and Chad have been outstanding with their communication. They made me feel great about the house. Good customers services

Starting with our sales Representative all people involved in our purchasing process took the time to explain every detail, they worked aorund our needs and we can say that we now live in a home we really love and enjoy.

The entire Pulte team provided top-notch customer service, making the process much easier than expected. The sales rep and the building field manager in particular were very responsive and informative regarding all of our questions, and they delivered on every point. The warranty team so far has also been very quick to respond to the few (very) minor fixes we have found.

Mark,Josh, Katie and Andrew were excellent to deal with. Easiest home buyer experience ever.

The whole entire process was smooth and even after our house is closed, Pulte is still responsive in handling issues that needed to be handled. They certainly care about their buyers’ complete satisfaction both before and after closing.
