The workmanship-Mediocre, horrible interior paint job, lack of any attention to details regarding the finishes. No gutters at all. Materials-The cheapest of the cheapest that they could get ahold of. The cheap double sink is a nightmare to look at and to use. The paint goes away just by touching it, the bathrooms have a porcelain set that costs 8.99 but the worst one is the floor that chips just by looking at it. The Carpet is no exception to their cheap carnival of low-quality materials. A tiny loud food compactor and a loud and cheap dishwasher.

I have struggled to get the "Exceptions/Punch List" worked on after closing. It is push and nag but still nothing. I am working on escalating now to see if I can get anyone at Lennar to respond and get the list of things completed.

The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Builder grade: put in decent brushed nickel faucets, but the cheapest looking chrome towel bars you've ever seen. Builder grade: terrible quality carpet. Builder grade: worst white/gray/pink undertone paint on ceilings, walls, doors, and trim...looks like a concrete basement. There was a huge error in the living room ceiling that they didn't mention, but we noticed it. It took several tries to correct and fix the texture. The Electrolux appliances are subpar. Overall a great sales experience. After we purchased, warranty issue after issue. The roof had 15 cracks from poor workmanship.....still no warranty resolution. Many neighbors shared the same experience with the roof.

In all honesty the town homes are beautiful but the craftsmanship and attention and caring of details were terrible, they don’t complete the house 100% more like 93% I shouldn’t have to ask them to fill in cracks or fix screen doors etc.

During original walkthrough we asked for things to be fixed. We waited 3 months for one thing to be fixed. The paint was still over the face plates that we removed. There is still a light switch no one can tell us what it operates. The front door is still has a wide crack that we are trying to find a way to repair it. Lastly we questioned why it takes so long for the hot water to heat in the kitchen sink and the master bedroom. It would of been nice if there s things were taken care of before or even slightly after we moved in.

Sheetrock, trim, paint sub par, but the unit was cheap so I expected that. I am happy with my purchase, but the quality could have been better. I have not had an issue so I do not know the responsiveness. Sales team was great to work with, but the construction quality was poor.

The workmanship was lacking a lot. Flooring tiles uneven throughout. Dry wall was not even and to many of the screws were not covered. Garage floor was not troweled properly.

I had very good opinion about Lennar before buying the house. After seeing process and the way it was constructed. My feeling is construction quality has reduced a lot. Also major concern is addressing the identified issues. The team is closing the issues with out properly addressing which is not fair.

The actual purchase experience went smoothly. The workmanship & quality of the house is poor for the price paid. The appliances are very basic. You would expect more for the price paid. The quality of the engineered floors & tiles are awful. The tile work is unprofessional. The grout & caulk work is very messy. Lennar was on it when they wanted you to purchase the home… then their responsiveness and flexibility decline from there. Out of all the builders we looked into they were the least flexible with allowing anything to happen before closing, which is understandable. they are very strict with allowing anything their rules leading up to closing then almost seem to want to disappear after that.
