Overall good product built, maintained, and sold by good people. Promised repairs take a long time to complete. We’re quite happy to be here.

This is my second Lennar home. I purchased this home because of the craftsmanship in my first Lennar home. Unfortunately Lennar did cut corners in the craftsmanship in my new home which was twice the price as my first Lennar home.

I will definitely recommend my friends to buyer new homes from Lennar.

the goal is to finish the homes so the buyers can move in, but the outside is an issue when the have to come back to pave the garage space the steps not finish to even have guest over, I understand this all comes at a later day but 2 months is a little unexpected , not sure if there waiting to finish the other homes so they can do this all at once , which is not fair to the buyers who already closed on there home

Lennar builder giving 100% quality and maintaining industry standards for building the homes. I am really happy buying home from Lennar.

The craftsmanship and workmanship of value compared to the price I paid is very disappointing

Closing process was poorly managed, unprofessional.

Very rushed closing with hundreds of punch list items, some not fixed yet. Warranty service which is supposed to start at 30 Days is just now contacting us at 60 days. Sales and Finance teams delivered, and Construction team helpful, but corporate control of the process and follow up is non-existant.

Everything is well, i bought the house to rent

Betsy in sales is responsive and patient. She was very helpful. Unfortunately I needed to bother her often because the construction side of things was a 0.5 out of 10. I actually needed to contact lennar customer care after closing because my punch list was never completed but I was asked multiple times to sign off on these items. Very disappointing and stressful. I felt pressured to close on an incomplete home and had to strongly advocate for myself.

The entire experience was really bad for us On the day of “celebration” there was still fencing that needed to be STARTED apart from the many many issues that needed to be addressed in tbe house . On the day of handing over the keys , the house wasnt cleaned , fencing wasnt done . And AFTER we moved in , random people would showup at our house and start working on stuff .

Very prompt in replying to and issues or concerns.

The overall process was great, Liz was so easy to work with and gave us so many updates. As far as the inspection process, and move in, there were some issues.

It has been 1 month that we have moved-in, but we have had 3 flat tires, which I had to change 2 of tires due to nails inserting side wall of my tires. The construction team must stop dropping nails in the sidewalk and street / in front my driveway. I would like to be compensated for my cost impact.

Pros : The home was delivered on time. Con : 1. Quality of cabinets used were basic 2. Overall workmanship was below par

Overall a very good experience

Very nice houses, however, it would be misleading if I did not mention the room for improvement. I have bought and sold a dozen houses over the last several years and had to pay fees with Lennar that I have never been asked to pay before. In addition to the fees I would expect the builder/seller to pay, it is fairly obvious that corners were cut in an effort to maximize profits. For example, the home only comes with one garage door opener, although there are 2 garage doors. Also, the driveways have a corner cut off in front of the third garage door, making parking in that spot a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. Thorough building experience from building to end.

The quality of the home got worse (we bought another home from Lennar 4 years ago), as well as the service. We have placed multiple orders to fix different things in the house and you get redirected to garage door company, door company, trash can door company, AC company etc. Nothing gets fixed in the first attempt ,it seems that Lennar thinks you have to be stay home homeowner to fix all the flaws.

Your project manager never once returned a phone call after he gave me his phone number

Unfortunately, the items that we pointed out through out our building process were not addressed and then during our NHO and final walk thru all items were still not addressed and now we are 45 days since closing and we are still having to work thru these issues. Overall the quality of the contractors you contract with is below subpar and the fit and finish on the house is just not good. We would not recommend Lennar to our friends and family.

Chad and Ray were both incredible on the buy and also resolving any small issues and we are living in our dream house now thanks to both of them making it a dream experience!

From the beginning to end, the entire Lennar team made everything easy. As a first time home buyer it was a wonderful feeling having such knowledgeable people on my side.
