This home was not built for me. I ended up buying this house but shared the issues with the home. The simplest issues where fixed partially. They caulked and painted the split door frame. When they painted they closed the doors so when I opened them the paint came off the doors. The cleaning crew was horrible. There are paint specs all over the quartz. The bathrooms and shelves are covered with paint and saw dust. The joint compound for the drywall on my ceiling has bubbled up. These are the things they need to fix and haven’t. Jennifer was the best with keeping us updated and answering our questions about our home from start to finish. The warranty team however is a different story. Trustworthiness, lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help with issues needing fixing on the first and final walk-through was very telling. The biggest issue was the damaged smaller condenser unit installed. We brought it to the attention of Rich in warranty. He just blew us off about it. Megan is the best she processed my loan other than her my experience the 2nd home purchase with Lennar was horrible he closing walk thru along with the new home orientation things were requested to be fixed and here we are o we a mother in our home and things are just being attempted to be fixed I would never buy form lennar again and hey forced a $10k on me for granite only in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances with I had no option on never again!

Very rushed closing with hundreds of punch list items, some not fixed yet. Warranty service which is supposed to start at 30 Days is just now contacting us at 60 days. Sales and Finance teams delivered, and Construction team helpful, but corporate control of the process and follow up is non-existant.

The quality of the home got worse (we bought another home from Lennar 4 years ago), as well as the service. We have placed multiple orders to fix different things in the house and you get redirected to garage door company, door company, trash can door company, AC company etc. Nothing gets fixed in the first attempt ,it seems that Lennar thinks you have to be stay home homeowner to fix all the flaws.

Forced into closing before house was completed or move in ready, over 1 month in and still having basic items needing completed or fixed. Poor craftsmanship on several items. Floor not level, sinks not mounted to wall, held up with only caulk, cabinets and drawers not completed, exterior and interior paint not completed or patchy, terrible cement sealing in garage. Stucco work is patchy

The entire experience has been poor. Issues do not get addressed and even when they are they are only half addressed. There are issues we have had since our one and only walk through before closing that still have not been addressed. We were also promised multiple walk throughs, throughout the process and did not receive them.

Overall we felt that we are cheated on the quality of the workmanship and the material. They are rushing with the construction process and hence compromising on the quality. During construction hard to get updates and clarification on any concerns we had. They even close the house before fully ready. The warranty process is awfully bad...The list will go on and on...

My experience with this purchase has been a nightmare. This company don't take responsibility from their negligence's. Big sewer water flood the day of the move and nobody want to claim responsibility.

Honestly don’t know where to begin.. quick answer is that Lennar fits the exact definition of Quantity over quality. Don’t have the effort to repeat myself again on all the issues. Not to say there was not positive experiences during the process, however the negative over shadowed it. The most frustrating part is they were issues that could have been very easily corrected.

I’m very happy with the sales person he was super professional and helpful. Sales person was amazing but I am very disappointed with the contractor or who is in charge of the construction A lot of work was not done on the closing date of property and still not fix after almost 2 months for example,A few wall in the house have to be fix, plumbing part, painting still not done, few lights at the hall of the house still not installed.

My home was built using lock luster effort. Everything from the materials and attention to detail is lack luster. My home is falling apart with so many defects that I have marked. I have purchased from every major builder before and Lennar doesn’t even earn a spot at the table in my opinion…

First of all, I would't brag about "having around 200 closings in one day" if everything you guys do is terrible. Terrible customer service. I don't get why we had to wait like 8-10 hours in the title house to get our keys EVEN when we presign the documents 3-4 days in advance. The finish in our house is terrible and I keep submitting tickets and my CM is not doing absolutely anything about it. Right now, I have a 24 pages long list of things that needs to be fixed.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of material and the quality of work done on my home. They are working with us to fix these things, but they shouldn’t of had to been fixed to begin with. One of my biggest complaint is the trim. The trim throughout the entire house has chips, filled holes, and flakes everywhere.
