We walk thru to Alexis and some issue still not fix so much point finger which different contractor or difffrent person.to fix the issue. This is my wife first time a brand new house with a lot of defects.. The first week we found a lot of insects in the house even our dog got bite with this insect…So dirty our front garage driveway till now… all our door frame was so much issue from the front to all bedrooms…No manager was try to tech us they keep saying make a work order which not even six months we been sending work orders. I didn’t not know we bought a lemon house…

Let me just start out by saying this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. In late March 2024 we found out we may have to sell our home in Florida and move to middle Tennessee for work. We found a realtor who we love and started chatting about must haves around March 25th, lots of space, at least 2 additional rooms, open concept, we wanted a covered back patio, and option to install a privacy fence. From the start of our home-buying experience to the end, we have had issue after issue - from trying to work with Lennar mortgage to the sales office, we have had to continually push *upper management* for a response. Extremely poor HOA, you are selling 3 bed homes and restricting 2 cars per home, no one mentioned these during selling time and now the selling agent Ashley doesn't even bother to respond, never going to buy from Lennar ever. I love our new home but when it comes to Lennar taking care of simple issues that were clearly caused by them don’t expect much after closing. McKenna who is the Lennar employee responsible for processing the warranty repair’s is rude and unprofessional. For example she disagreed with an issue stating that it’s cosmetic and after speaking to her on the phone she AGREED TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT IN PERSON BUT STATED SHE WAS STILL GOING TO DENY IT even before seeing it in person. Poor customer service!!!!

Everything was ok until we signed the paperwork and then all the all the Promises we were told would be fixed or resolved we are still waiting to be fix! We never got our box of tile we were told would be in our garage and that our lawn to be fixed! We still don’t have grass in our yard after living here two months! I will never buy another house from Lennar and I will be telling everyone about the poor customer service and empty promises we were told would be handled!!

You can’t trust Lennar

When I first came to look at a home. My realtor told me the house was white and it ended up being purple during my walk through. Also workers used my bathroom and left me a present and the house was not cleaned when given to me. Worst experience ever.

Worst New Home Transition Ever

The amount of cosmetic defects and the amount of time it has taken to fix these issue has been the worst experience of my house buying experience. We were rushed through the final walk through a lot of things were missed and the whole process just felt rushed! From the financial stand point all the way through closing. The mortgage team continuously sent documents for signature with errors, and when pointed out repeated said to just sign them as they were only for underwriting and we’d just be signing them again later with different info. -Fence falling from no concrete -Windows leak -Front door leak -Poor exterior prep and painting -Worst of all AC is inadequate for home and gets warm inside home. -second worst of all is lennar warranty is terrible they try everything under the sun to avoid fixing anything. New home but continuously vibrating, cracks visible after 2 months moving in with Lennar

I would not buy a new home with Lennar again. I paid ~$950K for a house moving in Jun 2024 that vibrates so often during days and nights whenever there is big cars running on the main street, and the shaking becomes very strong (feel like 3-4 degree Earthquakes) whenever there is a train passing by the train track which is a few blocks away from my house. And the trains pass by 3 - 4 times per day, sometimes at late mid night which makes it worse.
